My friend just used an identical coupon when they picked up their order not 10 minutes prior. They would not honor the coupon and insisted that it was expired, despite the fact that they just honored an identical coupon. They talked to me like I was stupid and treated me like I was crazy. I felt as though I was being discriminated against for some reason. The cashier laughed at me under her breath and was giving me funny looks. Last time I was in here , we could hear the staff swearing and talking even though I had a child with me! We will NEVER be coming to this domino's location again.

We waited almost 20 minutes just to have someone come and take our drink orders; because it took so long we went ahead and ordered our food as well. We waited probably 45 minutes to get our food order, which consisted of two sandwiches and fries. They had 5 staff members working on the floor and apparently 7 in the kitchen and the place wasn't not even half full. It was extremely disorganized, it was like everyone that worked on the dining floor did everything everywhere just trying to scoop up whatever tables they could. We were there for over 2 hours and no one even came and offered us another drink after we had been waiting so long for our meal. We could hear one of the cooks in the kitchen yammering about how at least he wasn't drunk today, which was completely inappropriate. You walk in and it looks like maybe someone is supposed to seat you but there's no one at all even near the front entrance and there's no sign saying to seat yourself. Two different tables got up and left in the time we were there because they were sick of waiting for service. Once we finally got our food it was mediocre at best. We had empty plates and cups for nearly 20 minutes before our server FINALLY brought us our bill. It was overpriced for the portions and quality of food. While we were paying our server finally acknowledged the slow service by making excuses saying "Sorry it was so slow, it's really busy" my husband looked right at him and said "Really, it doesn't look very busy in here, it's more than half empty." And then the server tried to say that it was because everyone comes in at once off the ferry. Stop making excuses it just makes it worse and that was all we got after being there way too long. I absolutely, will not return and I will never recommend to anyone.

To find this tiny bakery take a left after exiting the ferry and Wolfe Island Bakery is located immediately on the right. There's a few parking spots in front and a few additional spaces on the side, there is also a special lane for ferry boarding for those heading back to Kingston allowing you plenty of time to grab a treat while waiting in line. The inside of the bakery is rather small but there's plenty of seats on the front porch to enjoy your sweet choices. The owner was very friendly even though she was quite busy baking and putting out the fresh baked goodies. There are plenty of things to choose from making it quite difficult - I wanted to taste a little of it all but settled on a raspberry danish and sticky bun (even though I ordered a giant cinnamon roller) and an ice cold carton of milk. I'm sure it was just some confusion being I couldn't make up my mind. Our selections were still warm making these fresh baked goods soooooo delicious. The only negative making this a four star review instead of a five is the flies inside the store, the display cases are open to the atmosphere so although I didn't see them land on our choices I'm sure they enjoy the sweets as much as we do so the odds are they try a little bit of everything...

The managers never came to greet us or ask how we were, they only kept walking by our table several times glaring at our party and everyone noticed. We kept being asked to rush things along and being asked if we were done so they could get more people in due to poor planning and overbooking. When I spend that much I should be able to sit and talk and enjoy my time as long as I want.. and not feel pressured to rush and get out of there and also feel pressured by managers constantly walking by glaring. My mom who turned 70 commented that it would have been nice and professional for the managers to come and say happy birthday or acknowledge her to some degree but instead they just kept glaring standing there and she felt very uncomfortable and just kept trying to ignore it. This was the first time my family which is large and loud we get but it was the first time we had finally been all together since my dad's passing over 10 years ago and we all live across Ontario.. so yes we sang happy birthday loud, and we laughed and ignored the rude staff.
