Erik was great. We got a whole house filter and RO filter for the sink and fridge. You can definitely feel the difference when washing your hands or showering and the RO water tastes like bottled water. In our discussions and me asking questions while he was here, I appreciated how he focuses on quality and getting the job done right the first time. He easily drilled through our quartz counter top and beautifully installed our beverage faucet. Looks great. I like how he provides good digital heads on his WH filters that several other companies only put on WH filters that cost $7K+. This allows you to change the filters based on your actual household usage vs non-metered heads, which you would just change based on time regardless of whether or not you need it. Once again Brevard Water "Eric" came through again. Eric does our annual flushing service. I mentioned that our RO wasn't working even after our Plummer had changed all the filters and membrane, still not working, our Plummer had no solutions, told us to call the manufacturer. Eric not only got it working, he changed o rings that were leaking, purged the tank and even added our ice maker, which we were told could not be done with our size of tank. He installed the Ironbreaker 3 or how I call him "Darth Vader" in my garage. I love that thing! My water is soo clean. Our water was terrible! We bought the house 6-months ago and thought that we would have to live with the smell and taste. My neighbor recommended Eric from Brevard Water. We thought we were gonna have to have a new well dug. Two previous plumbers tried fixing our issue and neither could fix it. But we had our check valve replaced by them hoping that was the problem. The problem was we kept losing our prime. We would wake up in the morning to no water. Happened twice in one week. After the first time, another plumber came and told me he didn't know what the problem was and just primed it and left. Second guy came and said he didn't know what was wrong but gave us a new check valve. Then it happened again three days later. My husband called Erik from Brevard Water Solutions and had him come check out our water issues and well even though he does not dig wells. To be honest, I thought he was going to waste our time because we needed a new well. I was wrong! Yes. I did admit that to my husband! Erik said we did not need a new well. That the check valve installed by the other company wasn't working properly and our fittings and PVC looked like it needed replacing. He replaced the check valve without charging us for the valve since all he said he had to do was send it back to the company for reimbursement. He actually showed me where it was messed up. Blew into it from both sides. One side you should be able to blow through, but not the other side. Well you could blow through both sides. He said he always checks that prior to installing them just to make sure they are working properly. He didn't put down the other company. He just let me know what he does. I don't know anything about plumbing and since we bought this house I have spoken to many plumbers. If they explained anything to me, I always felt stupid. This guy didn't make me feel stupid. I felt educated after he left. I will call him first from now on as he specializes in figuring out what is wrong rather than just replacing everything in sight! Thank you so much!
