Worst company to work with. They will be persistent until they close the sale after forget about quality service or basic respond. We used them for customers and they were the worsted: deliveries you have to hunt them down to schedule, deliveries once scheduled not arriving. Damaged and incorrect goods. I purchased a refrigerator on 12/9/2019. I worked with Bobby who made the process very simple. He told me the unit will not be in till 12/20/2019 which was fine because I do not live in Miami on a full time basis. We scheduled delivery for 12/27/2019. Drimmers was contracted to haul away my old fridge and deliver and install the new refrigerator. I called to confirm delivery on 12/26/209 and was told that the truck was delayed and they were not sure if they can guarantee my delivery on 12/27/2019. This was very upsetting because I have 3 children and we need a refrigerator. I had also pre arranged the freight elevator for that day. The 27th was a Friday and my building does not allow any deliveries on Saturday's and Sundays. So if the delivery wasn't made that day I would have to wait till Monday the 30th. Drimmers agreed to provide me with a temporary fridge on the 27th we could use until my fridge was available to be delivered. I had no problem with that and felt that was a fair solution. Two men arrived to my home that morning to remove my old unit and told me that another crew is on way with the loaner fridge. The first crew that arrived looked at the fridge and said they could not remove it because they were concerned they would damage my cabinetry. They made zero attempt to remove the fridge and then told me they had to leave to do another job in Aventura. My husband told them he would remove the piece of cabinet across the top and they said they can't wait. They then told us that the crew coming with with the loaner fridge will cart away the old unit once its free of the casement. My husband removed the piece of cabinet and the fridge was free standing and completely accessible. The next truck arrived minutes later. They sent one delivery person who had to now remove the old unit and deliver and install the loaner unit. You can clearly see how frustrated the delivery guy was seeing the scope of the work he was left to do alone. My husband and a friend helped him the best they can. It took 4 hours to remove the old unit. He placed the old unit on a metal dolly and in doing so damaged my kitchen and foyer marble floors. There were multiple dents and scratches to the walls also. Once he left my home I called Drimmers to let Bobby know what took place and also sent him and email with images of the floor damage. I did not hear back from anyone. Monday morning 12/30/2019 Drimmers arrived to my home with the the actual fridge I purchased. They sent a delivery crew of 3 men who were very experienced. They simply removed the loaner unit and installed my unit. They photographed the damaged caused by the original installer to make sure they were not accountable for that damage. I again called Bobby and asked him what is going to be done about the damaged caused to my floors. He responded that he sent the message to powers above him. I am assuming he sent to his boss or owner of the company. I kindly asked him to have someone call my by days end to address the damage caused in my home. I also followed up with an additional email with more photographs. No one contacted me via phone or via email. I received zero communication from anyone at Drimmers. This has been a horrible experience and its just getting worse that no one has contacted me. If an owner or manager could not contact me then the sales rep who took my $7,000.00 order should follow up on Drimmers behalf. The walls my husband simply repaired but my floor is deeply scratched. They sent one delivery man who could not the job and it damaged my home. I just want this resolved and my floor repaired. Can't recommend due to lack of service recovery after something went wrong I ordered a cooktop, a dishwasher and a microwave from Drimmers for my kitchen remodel. The Sales person is knowledgeable, the order process was smooth. The cooktop was accidently drop shipped to my house, instead of getting delivered to Drimmer's. I received a call from Drimmer's inquiring if the cooktop got accidently shipped to me directly which I confirmed. I did not open the box until a few weeks later when the countertop company needed to see it. It was then when we realized that the ceramic top was shattered. Drimmer's was apologetic and vowed to get the cooktop replaced. Nothing happened from then on, no follow up whatsoever. When I followed up, asking for the person I dealt with, I was advised that she no longer worked there. It then took more follow up and prodding until someone else took over. However more follow up was needed from my end. Email correspondence to me included internal emails between Drimmer employees which I find unprofessional. It was decided by Drimmer's to change the shipment method to avoid any more issues. All this caused me to be without a cooktop longer than it was necessary. It also took a few follow up emails and calls to get the broken cooktop picked up. When Drimmer's finally did, the only took the cooktop but left me with all packaging material! (I left the box outside my house and I was not home when the cooktop was picked up). Bottom line - for a high end appliance company, I expect better customer service. I would think that the person who sells you the appliance should "own" the customer from ordering to installation. This was clearly not the case. Things can go wrong but then need to be dealt with correctly. Appliances cost the same from whoever you order from. What sets the company apart is the service. Lastly I need to mention that their installer goofed as well, as he installed my old oven to the incorrect power outlet. Fortunately my electrician saw this and fixed before he came back to install the cooktop. I would also be a nice gesture if someone from the company stops by after all appliances are installed, to ensure complete satisfaction. read more

I needed a washer and dryer for our new laundry room and I just hated the idea of going to the big box stores where I never find anyone who works there who can share knowledge about products. So I searched around for a small appliance store in the hope of finding a company that puts more emphasis on customer service. Drimmers popped up and I'm glad it did. The showroom is dazzling and the people who work there know the products and make recommendations based on customer needs. They did in my case at least. They were able to give me a competitive price -- something comparable to the bigger stores -- and I felt like the delivery and installation was done expertly. The delivery team gave me a two hour window and arrived on time. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only drawback vs the big box stores is the delivery timeframe. It took about three days vs one. But for me it was worth it to avoid the really unsatisfying experience of going to the giant hardware store. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order for a wolf microwave nearly 2 weeks ago. I placed the order with a salesman named BOBBY. When I placed the order with BOBBY at DRIMMERS I was assured, despite shipping delays all over the country due to coronavirus, that I would have the unit installed by the end of the week (4 days time from when I placed the order). Based on this information, and my desire to help a local business I placed the order. The order was not installed that week. Or the week after. I called to find out where the microwave was and was assured by another DRIMMERS associate that it would be installed in 2-3 days time for sure. It didn't happen. They refunded me without phone call or apology. DRIMMERS is an unreliable, untrustworthy place to conduct business especially for expensive items such as appliances.
