When the owner of the restaurant heard what happened to us, she was very apologetic. She asked us to come back on her. She paid for everything except acholic drinks. We found out the reason our service was slow was because their was a problem in the kitchen. It was nice to know. I was worried, thinking we would not be treated well. It was just the opposite. We were treated well, a little awkward, but it turned out nice. I was glad that responsibility was owned up to for what happened to us. It made us feel better. The food was better, hot. We didn't order the same foods, and I wont say it's the best Italian food I have eaten, but, it was hot, beautiful and well prepared, and we had leftovers. Thank you, Grazia for giving us a better experience.
