Went here after a pedicure and this place has a 2 way drive thru. No line and I pulled up and was greeted right away I took a look at the menu and decided to get a lemonade refresher. It was quite good and for $5.50 was quite a steal. If they had a nice party they recommended to pair off I would definitely give it a try. I'd definitely come back and try out their coffee next time. read more

I really like coming to Drinx when I'm in the area. They have a really great selection of drinks here that are sometimes hard to find at other coffee shops. This is what makes then different from your average drive-thru coffee shop. They have your regular drinks like lattes, white mocha, caramel macchiatos in both hot and iced varieties. They also have frozen drinks, frappes and smoothies. Recently they have expanded their menu to include specialty drinks that include lavender latte, horchata, raspberry white mocha, matcha green tea and they now have Latin inspired lattes which includes dulce de leche latte and marzapan latte among others. I really like their lavender white mocha, it's really good and does not have a strong floral flavor. Lavender coffee drinks are pretty rare so I'm glad that they have this on the menu as I love lavender. The dulce de leche latte is also quite the treat. It's not too sweet and has the duce de leche sauce as well as cinnamon and it's perfect for those cold mornings. I plan on trying to work my way through their entire Latin inspired menu which consists of 5 drinks and I plan to try more of their specialty drinks, coffee that I wouldn't normally order. It's great that they have such variety and you're not stuck getting the same drinks over and over. The customer service here is great, I had so many questions about the drinks and the employee was more than happy to answer them for me. The prices here are a bit on the high side but well worth it. read more

I was in the plaza doing some shopping and came across this little drive thru. Their menu is small and a little basic. I ended up ordering the vanilla bean frappe for my friend since she can't have caffeine. It was little too sweet but I mean, it is a vanilla bean frappe. Nothing special. Stopped here due to a friends recommendation and wow, she was right about this place. I got a dirty chai with almond milk and it was perfect. Not too milky nor too many spices lingering at the bottom! I will be going back for sure! Also, Staff was very kind despite the line being somewhat long. read more

3.5 stars; rounded up. I grew up in Campbell and have always wanted to try this place out. Today was the day. You can order either via the drive-thru or the walk-up window. The young lady working was friendly. I got a large iced vanilla latte ($5.90). It was good, but it better be for that price. Note, iced drinks only come in either the small or large size. Minus 1 star for the price. I also asked for light ice, but I'm pretty sure I still got normal ice. read more

Long overdue review, been coming here religiously the past 3-4years because of their consistency and fantastic service and team members ! Ashley is a gem and she is always ontop of the flow during peak early AM hours, as well as being sharp minded with remembering the technical drinks I order, lol . Their espresso has way more caffeine than starbucks, peets, etc. Pastries are pretty good, bagels, croissants. Their Chai could be better, sorry. Frozen hot chocolate, mochas and their cold brews are my go tos! read more

Great drive-thru coffee! Came here a little after lunch and I noticed that there was only 1 worker. We had to wait a few minutes for our order to get taken since the worker was fulfilling an order for someone on the other side. We ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte and an Iced White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha. Both were really good and the girl who served us was very friendly! It has been a long time since I've done a Yelp review due to the Covid-19, however Drinx located on Winchester Boulevard, Campbell CA (Safeway Plaza) really deserves your attention. I started coming through this little drive-through coffee Spot about a month-and-a-half ago and I was greeted by a young lady named Ella who was very polite, extremely interested in getting the order correct and was in full compliance with Covid-19 standards. She always wears a face mask and gloves and has a clean, professional appearance. My first experience was really excellent as I ordered a latte, which was one of the best I had ever tasted. I especially like the attention to detail that Ella would do such as ask me if I wanted anything else special on the drink. They also have fresh bakery items which are really good. I have tried other drinks, such as the iced mocha, perfectly made. Later another young lady named Fiona was helping her and she also was providing Superior Customer Service. I come to this drive-thru coffee spot at least twice a week as I really like everything that I have had. The employees are the primary reason for my return. I always feel so welcomed. Drinx is my go-to coffee spot in the mornings. The service/wait is always quick, they have a drive-thru close to my house, and the prices are cheaper than Starbucks! You really can't go wrong with any of their drinks. My favorites are the caramel macchiato, the cold brew, and the caramel freeze. Don't forget to tip your baristas people! read more

I just discovered the Drinx Drive Thru and I am hooked. I have been having the Large Iced Mocha and its one of a kind, not too sweet, not too chocolatey, just right. The pastries are awesome too. The staff is excellent. I met the new owner and he happened to be there when I passed through, he seemed to be very detailed oriented and dedicated to awesome customer service. This will be my go to coffee place definitely. The new late hours help me gwt my coffee in the morning anf when i return from work. Keep Up The Good Work Drinx !!! read more

Been here a handful of times with my husband, I've tried the matcha latte, and it was definitely really good. My husband tried the chai latte, it was really good and he liked it. Been coming here over 20 years. New owner is a nice guy. Employees are super friendly. Once in a while a new employee makes little mistakes. But over all they get it right and are very polite and listen carefully to what you want. Matcha green tea latte with almond milk is so good. read more

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I used to live in the area and this was my go to coffee shop, I have moved a little bit out of the way but still come here on my days off to get my coffee. The customer service is always amazing especially from Dardan! Dardan is always customer service focused, he remembers his customers and their drinks. What is there not to like? You don't have to get out of your car. It's hella cheap, the staff is hella friendly, and you don't have to wait in line in the hot sun. Mocha Freeze is the jam during a super hot summer day. The large black ice coffee is also a great pick, not too bitter, still strong. You Mocha Me So Happy. read more

I've been going to Drinx for over 10 years. I've recommended them to my employees at work. The past 10 years I would have scored them higher than a 5 star. I prefer Drinx over Starbucks. Drinx' team always had my drinks prepared and ready for me when they saw me drive up. Staff was great and had outstanding personalities. This past month service has been disappointing. When I placed my orders some of them have been incorrect it has been averaging twice a week ...order a hot white mocha and get a coffee, order a hot white mocha and receive a regular mocha order iced white mochas and get whipped cream on them. I'm going to stop getting my drinks at Drinx for awhile. Go to the other coffee shops where I've been before...at least I know that I will actually be getting the coffee that I've ordered. Today I got stuck behind a car that had a large order. But when I did make it to the window the server was very nice and apologetic about the delay. She was training someone so she couldn't come out to take my order, which I wouldn't have expected in this Covid-19 time. Both of the servers working were polite and friendly. I came here for the first time and I'm obsessed with this place! The customer service is great and so are the drinks. Im used to a chain of drive through caffeine booths called Dutch Brothers. Drinx is eerily similar in that its good solid caffeine and customer service. Girls working are enthusiastic and friendly. Got a few iced teas to go. They were prompt and got us on our way. If this were a full blown cafe id definitely use it as a hangout read more

I stop by Drinks on my morning walks regularly. I love the coffee and the friendly service! They really remember what you like to drink it speeds things up. And my dogs love the dog treats!! The shiitake mushroom flavor was strong and I loved the addition of scallions and Chinese sausage sprinkled throughout the bread. Overall, this is such a cool addition to coffee culture in the South Bay. It feels like shop from a big city like SF, NYC, or Chicago instead of little ol' SJ. The ambiance and options are solid, and it has a vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. You can be a casual coffee drinker or a coffee snob and it will be a satisfying experience.

Here's my experience at the Santa Clara location: The line to order coffee went awfully fast, and honestly, that threw me by surprise. The staff were really helpful in giving the suggestions of what drinks had sweet and aromatic, or earthy and healing. They also had quite a wide variety of pastries as well -- which, for a coffee shop, is impressive considering how they source their pastries locally as well. The only downside would actually have to be the surrounding environment, and not the coffee shop itself: if you're finding parking around Voyager, embrace yourselves for lack of parking around that particular area. If you have to absolutely do that, then do so with caution.
