Manila latte 3/5 - I was a disappointed with this drink. Based on the reviews, it seemed like this drink is pretty popular here so I was excited to try but it didn't have much ube flavor for how purple the drink was. Service is great and there's lots of seats inside with a couple tables outside. Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon.

I've been a regular at this Voyager location in Santa Clara, apart from the one at the Cupertino location. I love how there's so much diversity In the environment, that makes regular customers like us coming back for more. Here's my experience at the Santa Clara location: The line to order coffee went awfully fast, and honestly, that threw me by surprise. The staff were really helpful in giving the suggestions of what drinks had sweet and aromatic, or earthy and healing. They also had quite a wide variety of pastries as well -- which, for a coffee shop, is impressive considering how they source their pastries locally as well. The only downside would actually have to be the surrounding environment, and not the coffee shop itself: if you're finding parking around Voyager, embrace yourselves for lack of parking around that particular area. If you have to absolutely do that, then do so with caution.

What happened to their Matcha??? it used to be so good and the recent time it was so watered down. Look at the color :-( It was grainy, and there was basically no Matcha taste at all.

It's a pretty cute coffee shop, we had stopped by here a few years ago and recently picked up to go and it pretty good. I do remember in person they did have a long line and their customer service was just okay, nothing exceptional, the coffee was good, they have various types of lattes with fun arts. Plenty of parking up front, busy interior but decent overall

Started my morning like any true MATCHAFOO with a stop at Voyager Craft Coffee for my matcha fix. Had a little hiccup at first I accidentally ordered to the Cupertino location instead of Santa Clara but the staff here handled it perfectly. They were super friendly and accommodating, caught the mistake, and quickly remade our order without hesitation. That kind of service really stands out. The vibes inside are on point clean, laid back, and just a great place to ease into the day. Now, the real reason we're here... the matcha. Easy 5/5. I went with extra matcha and extra strawberry purée, and it was the perfect combo great flavor and nice, thick consistency. Honestly, the best matcha I've had at any Voyager location so far. My girlfriend grabbed a coffee and loved it, and the croissants were warm and delicious too. Safe to say this spot is officially in the morning rotation before work.

Loved the ambiance and the barista's attentive customer service. My iced Americano was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped in for my Saturday coffee because I hadn't been to this location in a while. There's been several quality coffee shops popping up in the area but Voyager was one of my tried and true spots so I wanted to check it out again. It was mid. Quality has declined imo. Coffee was just fine. Scone was dry. The place looks and feels a bit unkept. The baristas are okay. Everything was just okay and at these coffee shop prices, I would personally like something better.

Really cute place to grab some coffee and have a chat with someone. It can get really loud and busy so if you're planning to work or study be prepared to plan ahead! The coffee tasted amazing and the toast was even more amazing. It was so good I got 2 different drinks for myself!

I tried the Santiago Signature Drink today, and In really liked how chocolatey and spicy it was. The spiciness of the hot chocolate reminds me of some spicy hot chocolate that I have tried in Arizona. The service was fast and friendly. And the decor is simple and beautiful.

Was in the neighborhood and needed a caffeine boost, so I was happy make a stop at Voyager. For a Saturday, the parking required a little patience. Our group ordered all ice drinks from Americanos to lemonade. There are seats available while waiting for your drinks, which didn't take long at all. The vibe inside is low-key, clean and fresh. Think hanging plants, yarn art, and basket covered lighting but nothing over the top. Baristas are friendly and made sure to mention to them if you needed anything else. I can vouch for the espresso - it's GOOD. So good I left with a bag of beans.

Stopped by on a Friday morning around 11am and it was busy! I ordered and managed to snag a corner seat just as someone else packed up and left. Service is super friendly, and the space is warm, sunlit and cozy despite being packed, with a good amount of outdoor seating too. I got the manila latte cold - this is my go to and I like the fruity, slightly tart flavor that reminds me of jackfruit. My friend got the black sesame latte that was a special for LNY which was full of black sesame and needed constant stirring so we weren't drinking straight black sesame. We split the black sesame citrus cookie that was also a special for LNY - this was so perfectly thick and chewy, and I loved the bit of orange peel keeping it bright despite how rich it was otherwise. Voyager is a great coffee shop and I'll definitely be back for a quick coffee :)

We had never been to Voyager Craft Coffee before, and honestly we could not have picked a better first visit! The space itself is really nice - Big, airy, easy to spread out, whether you are there to work, or just drink/eat. The service was remarkable, so much so that I had to write a review. We had lovely chats with Robert at the register who gave good suggestions and another lovely lady at the drink pickup station. Bubbly, chatty, and very sweet! Later at our table, my daughter accidentally dropped a plate and it shattered. She burst into tears, completely mortified. Robert and Elizabeth were over in seconds, not in a rushing-to-clean-up way, but in a genuinely human way. They consoled her, made her feel better, and had a fresh plate ready for her before she had a chance to stay embarrassed about it. They really saved the day, and did it with so much kindness! Come to Voyager for the great drinks, food, ambiance, but also for the humanity! We need more goodness in this world! Thank you, Robert, Elizabeth, and team!

The avocado toast was amazing -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. One of the best I've had! The simple cappuccino was okay -- decent but not memorable. Overall a nice spot with great ambiance and solid food options. Will come back to try more menu items.

Pastries and breads are often not uniform in size. Pastries that come out smaller or torn, damaged still get selected to be sold to customers instead of seen as a quality defect and pulled. In comparison to premium bakeries in SF, Palo Alto, or even Los Gatos, this was disappointing. I would think it would be better to pull the one or two pastries in that tray. Heck, even Paris Baguette would pull whole trays if it didn't fit their quality standard. (But I don't know if that's still true haha.) Given its premium pricing of $8-15 a pastry, I would expect all the qualities that would justify it. They are a step above bakeries who have frozen products, but do not hit the level of premium in quality of pastry. The prices they had in the beginning were fair, but with the recent increase along with those issues, I'm sad to rate it lower.

A simple sandwich order at 9:20 is not ready until 9:45. Lesson learned, come at opening time and order all at once. Cortado & latte, 5/5. Hot, smooth, strong. Orchid acai bowl ($14, sub in mango for mulberry, add coconut dust): 5/5. so good. Palmetto superfoods is my go-to in the SJ area for acai bowls, this was better despite not as many topping options. Their bases are smoother and creamier, no ice crystals here. Also liked that the fruit was chopped smaller. BAE sandwich ($12): 4/5. good, but definitely not worth a 25 min wait. Textures, freshness were great, but it was missing salt/pepper & spices. The sauce helped, but still underwhelming given how good it looks. Recommend having salt & pepper packets & a bottle of hot sauce available to customers. Cinnamon roll ($5.75): as a cinnamon roll, 3/5. As a morning bun type thing, 4.5/5. This is a case of mistaken identity. It's got a slight crunch, light sweetness, fluffy (not dense). When I order a cinnamon roll, I'm more expecting decadent dessert-for-breakfast laden with sugar & butter, yknow? "For said items $21.45" The Croissant was absolutely amazing, decadent, buttery, crispy, and chewy. Honestly it's the best one I've had short of Arsicault Bakery in San Francisco. Yeah man these are nearly that good! 5 stars for sure! The service was good and the employees were nice and helpful. Overall rating in my opinion, this place is solidly in the 4 star area. And I will be coming back for their croissants. :-D

My favorite coffee shop in San Jose. I look forward to going every time. All their drinks are…read moreexcellent. I started with the vanilla bean latte with oat milk. Good hot or iced. Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha. I would've gate kept this place but everyone already knows about it so I HAVE to show them the love they deserve!!
