I hate to be so redundant with multiple reviews, but I just continue again, to be so impressed by the consistency. Another perfect cappuccino. My daughter today had a hot Matcha. She said it was a tad bitter, but I think that's just because the place she normally goes to puts simple syrup in it? We need to ask them their input next time, but she still said it was really good quality and a very generous serving. I also paired my cappuccino with a scone with cranberry raisins. It was pretty good. Ambience is really nice and my daughter even agreed it's one of the nicer settings. However, getting seating is very challenging and parking, I'll be honest, is a nightmare. They don't let you park in most of the residence areas either. (Although I should mention they do have their own lot, it's just very popular :-) With higher prices on everything, including coffee, this is my go to. If I'm going to splurge, I'd rather spend my money here, a local coffee shop that gets it right, every time. read more

Wanted to try something new on a hot day so popped into Lookout. The cashier was super friendly and patient with me as I took a moment to figure out what I wanted. Place gave very cozy vibes. It was a mixed crowd with some people working solo, people on dates, and small families, I ordered the Orange Creamsicle Latte: House-made simple syrup with Orange blossom water. What was interesting is that it was very orange forward, not delicate like orange blossom. It almost tasted like orange peel/rind, but I didn't mind. I really enjoyed the flavors and the coffee - I could actually taste the coffee, not just sweet syrups. The pastries and snacks looked amazing, but I had to pass. Came here to meet a friend and it was poppin' off! The line was lengthy, but it moved very fast. Rolan took my order and he was so kind. His genuine personality really shined through in the brief moment of our interaction. I ordered an almond croissant and it was so fresh. They warmed it up and it was perfect. We wanted to try a coffee shop that we have never been to today and happily found Lookout coffee. This coffee shop is located in the corner of a street. You can park on the street or there's a small parking lot in the back. We came around noon on a Sunday and it was packed! Vibes were great. There was a lot of open space for people to sit and talk etc... We ended up getting a coconut honey latte and an americano. Both were pretty decent, but not as strong as we typically drink. This is a cute coffee shop, I went on a Saturday at around 11 and was lucky to get a spot in the parking lot! It is a tight lot but if I can do it, you can too. There was Chippidee cookie pop up today and the place was crowded!!! All the tables filled and a huge long line. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I just got a cold brew with half n half and it was good quality. I do wish they carried heavy cream, I feel like it's so rare for local coffee shops to carry and I never know why no one ever wants heavy cream except for me?!?!? I will mention that when I have gone on weekends they tend to be fairly busy. Seems to be a popular spot for catching up with friends, studying/working. The aesthetic itself is a clean, modern, hip but comfortable sort of vibe. The baristas are great. Very friendly, skilled, and helpful. In terms of the coffee itself - it is wonderful! Whether you are a diehard looking for that next best pour over or prefer something more sweet/flavored, they have a great selection and usually have seasonal specials on offer. Loved my experience at this coffee house today. Had the best maple biscuit with frosting. Was so delicious and hit the spot! My husband and I also split a cortado and it had such a yummy flavor that my husband bought a pack of the beans they use for their house espresso. Also, they have a really cute interior. Wish the cute icicle lights had been on, but maybe this will be the sign. ;) ;) I like that it's called "Lookout Coffee" and some of the windows have seating facing out to the street. I came on a Saturday morning before the 9/10am rush. It was very relaxed and there's plenty of seating. It's a nice cafe space to come in and bring in a book to read, which is exactly what I did. The employees were friendly, which is nice start to the morning. I got the iced coconut honey latte, but it wasn't that sweet nor tasted like coconut. This café is located right at the corner of Winchester and Campbell, so it might be hard to find parking. I went at around 2PM and the lot was almost full (and tight to navigate), so you may need to loop around a few times. The service was excellent; the staff there are very kind and quick to make your drink. I got the matcha limeade, which is a drink only offered in the month of June. It was a good twist to traditional matcha as it's more of a refresher than a tea, but I liked it nonetheless! The environment is very cozy; the lights were off when I visited which made the place feel very relaxing. Lots of tables too for those who want to dine in or study there. Thrilled to have this new coffee experience!! Absolutely delicious! We tried two new drinks and they are both scrumptious. Sesame Chai served in an elegant cup with beautiful foam design. I love this drink. Warm and earthy. Perfect for a rainy morning. Spiced Latte warm and creamy with spicy undertones. This has an unusual spice blend that I am now intrigued with. Also served in a beautiful cup with a beautiful foam design. We shared a breakfast sandwich that is not like any I've ever had before. I'm giving this 4.5 stars bc it was around $7 something and I wish the cup was bigger for the amount that I paid anyways, the baristas were super talkative and smiley, so service is good. Came here last weekend with a friend before church, and I didn't even realize this was in Campbell! Parking was easy with a parking lot right behind the shop plus street parking. The space is really spacious with tons of indoor seating- mix of regular tables and a section that feels like a cozy living room with accent chair and stools. Great spot to work, catch up with friends, or hang with your kids. The workers were really friendly and took the time to explain some of their specialty drinks. Came here on a Tuesday morning around 9am. Not too busy, lobby is filled with 2000s rnb music and people scattered around with their laptops so seems like the perfect place to get some work done or meet with friends. Staff is friendly. Barista who helped me answered any questions i had and explained that they serve 2 types of espresso, a Kenya Single Origin and their house blend. Order came out in a timely manner. I got the One and One which is a double shot espresso split in half, one served just the espresso as is and the other half served as a macchiato. So you get the best of both worlds without having to buy 2 drinks if you wanna try their beans. Its all served with a side of sparkling water to help cleanse the palette. I had very high hopes for this place, but I was very disappointed, especially with how much it cost. A small coffee equivalent to a tall at Starbucks was $6.25. This is extremely overpriced. I got the hot seasonal gingersnap latte with oat milk and OH MY! Have you ever taken a sip of something and you're instantly floored and you just think to yourself "yup, this is it"? Because that was me. The latte was so incredibly smooth, perfect perfect perfect consistency, not watery or overly bitter. The sweetness was PERFECT. the flavors of the cinnamon and all that fun stuff was not overwhelming and complemented the coffee flavor so well. I think... this is the best latte I've had in the recent months. Ok and for the espresso tonic - also very good. The blueberry syrup was v yummy and v blueberry, but it did make the drink a little too sweet for our tastes and we actually liked the drink when we sipped before stirring and it was just espresso and tonic. They have a lot of fun craft coffee items to select from and the pastry case looked amazing. I tried the everything cheddar biscuit, slightly warmed. It was a little dry, but the flavors were spot on. No real place to sit and hardly a place to stand. Nitro cold brew was thick and dark with a perfect nitro top.
