    Taro Wave
    Mimi P.

I went to get a small sweet treat and stumbled here again! Cute setting inside with a bench some tables. There was a small photo area with the logo inside if you want to take pics! Service was quick and easy. I got the taro wave again which was actually still pretty good! Not too sweet or had any powder taste. I would def come here again to try the other flavors!

Sweet spot for boba. Delivery order so can't comment on much besides the drinks. Taro Wave - Taro was one of the smoothest I've had. Creamy and blended well. Basically a taro milkshake but with ube swirls for stronger flavor and honestly tasted healthier in a way. Taro Milk Tea - classic taro milk tea made with powder. Good balance of the creamy, nutty taro flavors. Very standard so not much to say. Kozan Milk Tea - an interesting house milk tea that combines black and green but was way too sweet for 25%. Tasted like 100%. Tea wasn't as strong or present as expected but I think the sweetness was the culprit for overwhelming the entire drink. Boba was cooked alright and had a decent flavor.

9/10 Taro Wave - Ooo, this drink is so pretty and aesthetic! If you're a taro lover, you're going to love it. They nailed the consistency--thick and creamy, just the way it should be. I'm not the biggest fan of taro in general, but I still found myself enjoying this one. Definitely worth a try if you're into visually appealing and well-made drinks! 9/10 Boba - These are really good boba! While the pearls are smaller than usual, they still maintain great quality. They're soft--which is the most important part--and they stayed that way throughout the drink. 1/10 Cost - $8.65 in total with boba and tax. THIS IS WAY TOO OVERPRICED.

You'd never expect it to be so good because it's just tucked away in this very busy strip mall. It's a small but cute shop serving up delicious drinks! I normally go for the Taro Wave but I wanted to try something more fruity. I went for the Mango Cloud and it was so yum!! We also got a Spooky Thai which was also very, very good. I wish Kozan was closer. Quality tea shop!

This boba place was pretty legit. It's a cozy little spot located on a strip mall. The restaurant is small and we took our own order, but the kiosk was easy to operate. We tried a watermelon kiwi refresher and a tropical breeze refresher--they were both so delicious! We got both drinks at 50% sweet and they were both super tasty. This place is so close to my house so I will definitely be coming back to try other refreshers and boba drinks!

Taro swirl was delicious. Great service. Nice an friendly Cute little spot in Ontario

Located at the Rodeo River Street Market is Kozan Tea House, where they offer a variety of tea drinks with boba and additional toppings of your choosing for an additional price. You can watch the team make your drink as it is a see-thru glass window from where the public orders. We ordered the watermelon drink with boba and it was very refreshing, not too sweet, and it was a mixture of juice and slush!

Customer service was chill, I got the Mango Matcha and some Banana Smoothie drink. The matcha was good, and you can taste the mango too. What I do have a problem with is charging for no ice. That is so tacky and greedy of companies to do. For that reason alone I don't see myself coming back. The drinks are already expensive how much money are you trying to milk from your customers? People already have to pay extra for milk substitutes, toppings and such now I have to pay for less/no ice? Charging for less ice is such a stupid concept. Paying for a sip of drink youre already paying for.

Stopped by this place because I needed a drink before driving for an hour. Found this place on Yelp and I was happy find this shop. From the decor, it looks like either they take care of the property well or it is a new shop. Everything is clean and appealing with minimalist style. My order was great as expected!

Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Super Kiwi - bomb!
    Steph C.

Tried the super kiwi and the jasmine milk tea. I don't like my drinks too sweet so got 25% sugar for both and they were perfect for me. The drinks both tasted fresh and delicious and like they were made with quality ingredients. I called to order and had a few questions since it was my first time and they were very helpful. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Super disappointed with Kozan Ontario. They have raised their prices AGAIN!!! CCan someone say GREED! You all keep opening new locations and roll that excess cost onto ur loyal customers. That's BAD business. So I will go back to 85 degrees and Paris Baguette where their prices are 30 to 40% less and the product is just as good! We come every week, but today I'm DONE.

    Matcha Oreo twist, dirty matcha
    Calvin C.

Okay, so I think that the matcha Oreo twist is a great item and idea, but I just feel that this drink was so watery, compared to other matcha oreo drinks. The dirty matcha was similar, but it was also watery with not a lot of flavor in each sip. The service was great, the lady helped us with the kiosk that randomly shut off, but we were able to order quickly after the fix. I won't come back unless I'm already in that plaza, but I just think that the drinks missed out on the quality and flavor.

    Oreo shake & strawberry bliss

First time to Kozan and the awesome employee could tell and was soooo helpful! I got the strawberry bliss with boba & it was very refreshing and tasty. I will be back for sure!

I love when they bring in a vase of flowers it really adds to the ambiance. The hojicha latte is my favorite and is toasty, nutty and flavorful. Great if you don't want something too sweet I've ordered it so many times. The berry matcha so refreshing and tasty, popular for a very valid reason. If you want something a little more hydrating the coconut matcha fits the bill. Lastly would recommend the marble latte if you're looking for a strong coffee! It slaps. Thank you for the consistent service.

Parking is weird here. They share a parking lot with a nail salon and the on-site parking is limited and cramped. I pulled up with a spot open. I suffered later as it was tricky to reverse out but I survived. Lol. I guess you can park on the street but there are signs from the business regarding towing, so I was a bit ancy. Not sure how comfortable I would feel if I returned to stay and study for a few hours. Anywho, this establishment looks like its a house renovated into a coffee shop. Decent amount of tables and chairs to stay for a chat over coffee or a study session. Lots of seating outside as well. They also have a shelf of books, but I wish it wasn't tucked away making it hard to access if other customers are sitting right in front of it. As for the service and drink I would give it a 4. Service was friendly and I did get a few recommendations. I decided to get their vietnamese coffee and to their credit, it was decent. I come from GG/Bolsa which has the most authentic vietnamese coffees in Socal, so given this is out of that area, they still have a good recipe for viet coffee. The only thing was I wasn't allowed to get extra ice probably because of their recipe. Their normal ice level was fine. I also got a spinach feta croissant. I did like that they had a variety lof savory and sweet croissants. Although my croissant was warmed, the inside of it was not when I took a few bites. The flavor was also just okay, so I wouldn't get that again. All in all, I would return to try other drinks but be more cautious of where I park.

We opted for the alfajores, strawberry croissant, and warm ham and cheese croissant. First, the alfajores! Delicious, delicious, DELICIOUS! This wonderful South American dessert was properly made and HUGE. The filling and the outside cookie were both perfect -- the flavors felt like a symphony dancing across my tongue. Next, the strawberry croissant: a perfectly flaky pastry filled with creamy, smooth custard that had just the right amount of everything. It was like a dream. Third and finally, the ham and cheese croissant -- OMG! I don't remember ever having a ham and cheese croissant like this before. This was quite possibly the best one I've ever eaten. This little family-owned and operated bakery/coffeehouse is one of my favorites. I highly recommend that anyone passing through stop by and indulge -- and I don't mean a little... go all out and treat yourself! The staff were friendly and quick to assist both during and after ordering. The shop has a great vibe that makes you feel transported from the busy California city hustle to a charming small-town coffeehouse that's been around for 30 years. While I was eating it, it tasted a little off. 30 min after eating it, I started getting stomach pains and later threw up in the restroom and continued to have the runs and threw up two more times after we left. When I told the cashier I think I ate something spoiled cus I threw up, she seemed really unbothered and I had to ask for a refund. Her coworker, instead of providing a refund, a young rude girl with stickers on her face, proceeded to give me attitude and blame it on my diet (?) because I ordered THEIR vegan avocado toast. She seemed suspicious of me saying their food made me sick. She also said she'd been working here for 4 years and never had issues with their avocado. Like I'm just telling her what happened.. but she felt the need to get defensive and blame it on me. Such rudeness and unprofessionalism instead of acknowledging that something may have gone wrong with the food, provide a remedy or offer an apology. The food didn't even taste that good and my friend wasn't impressed with his food either. Do these young people not understand the meaning of customer service? If not, don't work in customer service.
