I explained the situation to the manager at the Brighton location and asked if I could simply use my membership--or temporarily transfer it--to wash the loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. He refused to make any accommodation. What bothered me even more than the refusal was the way I was treated. His demeanor was rude, dismissive, and condescending, with absolutely no sense of customer service. I left the Brighton location so frustrated that I was ready to cancel my membership altogether. Fortunately, I decided to stop at the White Lake location instead. The difference was night and day. The staff there listened, understood the situation, and helped me. They turned a very upset and disgruntled customer into one who decided to keep her membership. In my experience, the White Lake team has consistently been friendly, helpful, and customer-focused.
