The only trouble is, we'll never go back. Like every other place that has gone cashless, our family stopped going to those places. Places should be offering more ways to pay, not less. Offer Bitcoin payments even. We were at a place this week that offered a discount for cash (like a lot of places in Europe) and it was so refreshing.
