Great new kava bar in town. The owner seems very kind. The matcha latte is delicious. I also grabbed some cans to go. It feels really clean a d nice.

Great coffee and great atmosphere! The Lavender Latte was amazing -- perfectly balanced. The staff was also very friendly, and the bathrooms were nice. Design is very thoughtful.

They have the best teas and coffee in town. You also get to experience a part of history visiting here as Bula is St.Petes original and first Kava bar! The people working and visiting here are so incredibly authentic- it's hard to find anything quite like it. I love Kava bars and in all my experiences traveling visiting them. There is no place like this gem. It's a great place to hang out for the day and truly do whatever. They have a cozy outdoor patio, bar area, indoor cafe, and they recently added an addition in the back with a covered patio area with a fire pit and outdoor couches. It was midday on a weekend, (Apr 2026), and they were serving a short lunch menu. We got a handful of savory beef empanadas with strong black brightly flavored espresso, one with a splash of almond milk. We were tempted by their nitro cold-brew, but instead moved on to chomp on fun zingy chili-lime yucca fries with chipotle aioli, completely compatible with ice-cold Pacifica Clara pilsner and Modelo lager from among craft and classics on-tap. This is a pleasant spot for a Saturday or Sunday midday retreat. We gotta come back in the evening (Thu-Sun) when we're cool enough for their speakeasy :-)

My friend met me for dinner last night and from the first interaction with the hostess, to our dining experience with Aaron, the food, and the people watching...it simply got an A+. When I'm dining out, I need equal parts ambience, aesthetics, and the quality of food that hits my palate. The crispness of the Sauvignon Blanc was beautiful. For an appetizer we shared the crispy artichokes and trufflekopita. Both are a must try! They continuously give you a mouthful of flavor and are perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we got the chicken francaise. The bucatini it was served on was delicious. For sides, we ordered roasted vegetables and OMGGGGGGG, get the Rosemary bread. The cherry on top was our service from Aaron and his recommendations on dishes and accompaniments. Superb all the way around - we will be back!

Opted for the blackened chicken sandwich with the salt & vinegar fries. The service was friendly and let me know to get the lemon aioli to dip the fries in, which did elevate them! The sandwich was good but I love blackened seasoning and I feel like I didn't really get a lot of that flavor. Overall, a decent meal for a decent price of $20. Willing to try it again!
