We go here often (right down the road from us), buy coffee and a yummy bite of breakfast, Then we walk 20 steps to sit under the shade of the cafe/bar where they have both low tables with sofas or high top tables that look over the hotel's small sandy beach. In addition to the shade provided by the cafe bar upstairs, there is always a fresh sea breeze that keeps things cooler. Great spot for a morning cappuccino or coffee! My husband switched to buying his whole bean coffees from them, and he's very happy with their selection. They carry Guatemalan, Ethiopian (my two faves), and several others. These folks take their coffee seriously! The staff are friendly, good at what they do, and helpful if you have questions. There can be a bit of a wait to n weekend mornings, but the line moves fast. You walk in to the hotel side and it is near the pool and sky bar area tucked away in the corner on the left. It's a great place to stop and get an espresso drink or a fun bite of food.. Super cute lil place! I didn't realize it was attached to a hotel, so it can be a little tricky to find (it's tucked in the back near the pool). Avocado toast was delicious and I got the specialty drink they had- a matcha with I think vanilla and a strawberry cold foam. Staff is friendly and service is quick! Parking wasn't my favorite honestly because while it may seem like there's "free parking", there's maybe 3 spots reserved for Paradeco and the rest is paid parking (about $10 an hr) unless you stay at the hotel, then you get a code to get the parking covered. It seems to be more of a place for the hotel or people going to the beach there, not if you're looking for brunch with friends to hang out for a bit. I really like this place!! The service is always welcoming. I love the vibe inside. I've had their cortado once before but when I got it today it tasted very bitter (maybe because I got decaf). I also got the chicken pesto wrap which was delicious, but there was barely any chicken and a massive amount of arugula. I feel like their food is a better option than the sky beach grille because you can tell it's fresh and healthier. I'll update this when I try out some other things on the menu! read more

Really enjoyed my visit to Paradeco Coffee Roasters! I've been to their downtown St. Pete location before and decided to switch it up by coming to this one. The ambiance is beautiful since it's located inside a hotel, very stylish and inviting. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The lattes were excellent too. I had the Banana Foster latte and my husband ordered the S'mores latte, both were so good and perfectly balanced. Such a great experience overall. Can't wait to come back! read more

Paradeco has been my favorite coffee shop in the area for a long time but this was my first time at the new location! It's located at a resort, so there's tons of nice outdoor seating as well as some seating inside. The ambiance is super cute and the barista was so friendly and helpful. I got a seasonal flavor, the bananas foster, and it was sooo delicious. I love that Paradeco makes their own syrups, because this really tasted like real banana and was such a nice complement to the coffee. This location is a little more out of the way but a great place if you want a more relaxing vibe, and I'll definitely be back! read more
