One employee even handled my order without checking whether it belonged to me. After waiting for several minutes, I finally asked about my order. The response felt rushed and dismissive, with the focus being on how busy things were rather than helping a customer who had been standing there waiting. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially in the morning rush. My frustration isn't that the food took time it's that I felt ignored. A simple "We'll be right with you" or "Are you picking up an order?" would have made a huge difference. Instead, they thought I was an Uber driver that's why I was being ignored.
