Since then I've been to Tesla 3 times with navigation issues that they can't resolve and basically works improperly. My unfair treatment is simple so I'm not sure why even management is struggling so much to both see and resolve the issue. I purchased a vehicle mid year in 2024 under the guise that I would be able to refinance at a later date. The finance manager at the time reassured me with this knowledge at the time of sale. "Just pay 6 months and you'll be able to refinance with the lender" he said. It was a complete lie. Not only does the lender not refinance their own vehicles, a number of reputable banks will not finance the vehicle due to the carfax (was also reassured by the finance manager than it would have no bearing on selling/refinancing in the future). Essentially I am stuck with the vehicle and the dealership's only solution is to provide lowball offers in which I have to fork out thousands of dollars or LOSE thousands to get out of the current deal. Very upsetting experience that has dragged on far too long. The finance manager, OF COURSE, no longer works there (hmmmm wonder why and what bad practices led to this). I was so stressed driving this car and had to jump it later several times until I was able to take it to Porsche. I was also promised I would receive a level 1 and level 2 chargers for the car. Well guess what, it wasn't in the car. I was then told they would ship the charger. I receive the package and instead of a Porsche charger I get a TESLA charger instead that doesn't even fit the port for my car. I also noticed the car came without any floor mats. The manager Kenny emailed me giving me an option for myself to go directly to Porsche to buy the promised parts under the premise that he would send me a check on the mail after receiving the invoice. I purchased the parts, sent him the invoice and was met with a short and resistant response asking me if I had already bought the parts and that he "suddenly" had the distribution department "find" the charger. I responded saying I did purchased it after I got confirmation via email by him to do so. Well, I've contacted him twice and have now been ghosted. At this point I will be contacting an attorney to take legal action as I have plenty of evidence, emails, texts and video of the car being jumped by the driver who delivered the car. One Star -- We Paid in Full, But Were Treated Like an Afterthought We purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership as out-of-state buyers and paid in full on April 18. We were told the vehicle would be delivered within 14 days. It didn't arrive until May 15 -- 13 days late -- and what should have been an exciting purchase turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. From April 14 onward, we communicated only with a general manager -- not a salesperson. He was the one who told us they had to order a part for the sunroof after we pointed out a noise on April 12. The dealership initially said they lubricated it and thought it was fine -- but days later they discovered it still wasn't working. That delay alone cost us two weeks. The fact that this car was even listed for sale when it had a known mechanical issue is unacceptable. Had we not noticed the sound ourselves, or had we bought it in person, we strongly suspect nothing would have been done to address the defect. As the delays stretched on, we had to chase down every single update ourselves. Even the general manager repeatedly failed to follow up when promised. Delivery was then further delayed by a full week of no-shows and cancellations from drivers the dealership hired via a third-party load board. The dealership never showed urgency to get our fully paid-for vehicle to us. When we asked for $100/day in compensation for the delay, the general manager said the most he could offer was $300 unless he got further approval. We were told a request had been submitted -- but as of this review, we have received no compensation and not even a formal apology. When the car finally arrived on May 15, we were again disappointed: * Nearly empty gas tank * No windshield wiper fluid * Minimal detailing * Washer fluid tube was broken * Most fluids were low We were responsible for addressing these issues ourselves. Took it to Mercedes and they will not warranty it because someone removed a pushpin from behind it causing water to get into it. this headlight and control module cost 5600 to replace. All they sell is cars that are valued from 30-50% less wholesale value due to having issues the manufacturer could not fix. Original Review (10/13/2024): Bought a 2022 Mercedes S500 from them. Love the car so far, but overall experience with this dealership was horrible. Agreed to a deal on Monday (9/9), financing approved on Thursday (9/12), filled out paperwork early Friday morning (9/13). Was told everything is good to go, all paperwork complete and car just needs to be shipped to me (Texas). I was told the car would likely be picked up by shipping carrier the following Monday (9/16). I don't hear much from the dealer on Monday, or the following days. Finally, I get a call on Thursday (9/19) telling me there is more paperwork to be completed, and the a shipping carrier had STILL not been dispatched. This is one week after completing all paper work based on their word. I was obviously very upset by this and actually threatened to cancel the deal once in the process. The finance manager then promised to include something in the deal for me to compensate the trouble, which was also a false promise. Never received or heard anything about this. Typical dealership behavior after closing a deal. During the week, I called many times for an update and in one instance, the finance manager said he would get an update for me and call me back in 10 mins. Surprise, he never called back. Finally, 2 weeks after initially filling out paperwork, the car showed up at my house on Tuesday (9/24) afternoon. Was happy it showed up but I have to mention there was no heads up, nobody even told me it had been picked up or even gave me a phone call or text to let me know the car was on its way. The dealer did not even reach out to me until probably a week after I got the car. Lastly, it took them over 4 weeks to start the process to get the car registered. Just last week, they requested the state inspection be done and a copy of insurance be sent to them. Process was longer and much more complicated than it ever should have been. Additionally, they were not honest about the whole process and are pretty unorganized. I am grateful the car had no issues so far and showed up as described. I would never buy a car from them again, which is an absolute shame. We have bought ~9 cars in the last 6 years, I can say with 100% certainty that I would have given them my business multiple times in the future. I will avoid them now. UPDATE (11/25/2024): Caught a nail in one of the rear tires and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, it took this happening for me to notice they sold me a car with mismatched tires (Continentals on the front, Pirellis in the back). In what world does a dealership think it's okay to sell a luxury car with mismatched tires? Before updating this review, I spoke to Basim and he asked for receipts as replacing the tires to match cost me over $2k. Not only that, the continentals weren't even the same tires. One had been discontinued. It has now been 2 weeks since I spoke to him about this issue and to discuss the issues I've mentioned in this review, and he never got back to me. I had it checked out, which Drive a Dream fixed as requested. However, after taking the car home, I noticed a warning sign that had been on for a few days. I took it to the manufacturer dealership, and they quoted me $4,500 to fix this part, saying it was not advised to drive the vehicle before it was fixed. I called Drive a Dream, and they took car of fixing the car for no additional cost. They really stepped up when they didn't have to in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new car. That should have been the first red flag, but we were told it was just to protect them if anything happened and would be refunded or applied to a purchase. Then they stopped communicating with us. Purchased vehicle on a a Friday and 5 days later had a blow out because of dry rot tires. Contacted dealer prior to blow and sent pictures but they would not respond. Contacted them after the blow and 2 days later, I was told nothing could be done. Tire was ripped to shreds and thankfully the blowout wasn't a tragic accident. read more
