This place did not disappoint. I called on a vehicle 6/5/25. Got the deal closed 6/5/25. They delivered the car 7.5 hours away on 6/14/25. This is the first used car I have purchased sight unseen. I usually only buy new unseen so I was a bit nervous. Walk around video showed me the exact condition of the car. Tim, my consultant, hid nothing and actually pointed out all imperfections which weren't even imperfections in my mind. It's used. They were straightforward, honest and did everything they promised. Just ask for Tim. He will treat you right.

Trust what Marcus says! He gets it done! My wife is happy so I'm happy! Look for the guy in this picture!

Stellar customer service from Marcus at Atlanta Autos! My wife was looking for a 2023 Range Rover that had very specific specs with little wrong with it cosmetically. We looked at several dealerships around Atlanta and even flew to Massachusetts to look at a couple. Funny thing is we looked at this one at Atlanta Auto first but there were a couple of things "wrong" with the cosmetics that she didn't like. Marcus said he'd get it fixed 100% if we moved forward and pushed to get us the BEST deal possible! He followed up and was always was professional, even when he thought he'd lost the deal. The dealership kept their word and fixed a small dent on the bumper and scratch on the trunk. Now her Ranger Rover looks BRAND NEW! We appreciate you Marcus and my wife is SUPER HAPPY! Thank you also to Atlanta Autos for making good on the deal. Rodrigo in financing was cool as a fan too! I'm coming back here to look for my Rolls Royce EV soon!

When I returned to the dealership and mentioned my budget, I was immediately shown other cars that were of NO interest to me. I expressed to the sales woman that I had another car to see that same day and would follow up with the dealership. Within a few hours, the saleswoman was calling and texting. Over the next few days we corresponded, I was encouraged to fill out the credit application as it would be a soft inquiry on my credit and that there were options available for financing. The saleswoman even went to the extent of texting me about an exciting opportunity for financing that was available!!! After settling in the vehicle and filling out the application, I had not heard back. Begrudgingly, I had to reach out to the eager saleswoman. (NOTE: Upon reaching out to the saleswoman I received an email from CarGurus stating that the car had been sold! Sold?!?! Why wasn't I notified??) I contacted the saleswoman and she proceeded with the following speech: " I was off the other day because I was having my monthly cramps but came in to deal with a customer. The finance manager said he'd contact you but now he's on vacation and when I went to the other sales manager just now, he said it's been sold. I didn't know! How else can I help you??" I read reviews and neglected to go with my gut on this one, especially after being approached by a green saleswoman trying to sell me an Audi when I was specifically there for the Camry. To add insult to injury, I received an update regarding my credit. The 'soft' inquiry that she claimed would be processed was NOT soft. It was in fact a 'hard' inquiry and would impact my credit score for the next 3 months!!! NOTE: It takes zero effort to be simple and uninformed, case and point.

The car I was interested in ended up selling to a walk-in ahead of me, which was obviously not ideal. Hakeem still got me into a good looking car at a decent price, and Tashi stole the show. He was kind & answered my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He offered me a 3-month warranty as a courtesy, and I had a good, simple experience with them. They sell their cars at a good price point.

I was told I would receive a second key fob, but that promise has yet to be fulfilled. I also put $3,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership couldn't even provide a full tank of gas. I left the lot with the gas tank barely above "E." I was reassured they would take care of it later, but after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment, I've continued to get the runaround. As a side note, purchasing the warranty insurance did not feel worthwhile in my experience. You can cancel, don't be fooled. Overall, the customer service after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing.

From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today. After further assessment, the vehicle was found to have impact damage which was not disclosed to us. My attorney has been contacted

PSA: Don't Fall for the "DriveADream" Lemon Trap…read more If you are looking at a manufacturer buyback or lemon-titled vehicle from DriveADream, be aware of the deceptive pricing tactics used to mask the true value of their inventory. 1. The "MSRP" Illusion DriveADream markets their cars as "thousands off MSRP." This is a classic bait-and-switch. They are comparing the price of a used, branded-title car to a factory-fresh sticker price. A fair comparison is against other used cars with similar mileage and clean titles. 2. Predatory Pricing A lemon-titled vehicle typically carries a 25-40% valuation penalty. DriveADream frequently lists lemons at the same price as clean-titled counterparts. For instance, they are currently listing Kia EV9 lemons for ~$40,000--the same price Kelly Blue Book lists for a clean title. 3. The Insurance Gap (The Hidden Cost) They will tell you the car is "better than new" because it's been inspected, but your insurance company won't care. If you total a car you bought for $40,000 that has a lemon title, the insurance payout will be based on the branded value--roughly $24,000. You will be instantly underwater by $16,000 the moment you drive off the lot. The Bottom Line: Don't let "luxury" branding distract you from the math. If you aren't getting at least 30% off the used market value, you aren't getting a deal--you're getting scammed.
