Don't buy their car extended warranty, it is a scam they charge you for coverage the max they pay is $500 on an engine replacement anything under a thousand they pay maybe a couple hundred you pay almost a hundred bucks a month for 2 years to cover your warranty and then they say oh it doesn't cover anything $500 on a $7,000 replacement for an engine what a joke they rip you off and they not even supposed to sell over 15 -year coverage in California and they sold me a 20-year coverage on my vehicle it was my fault not looking into it closer but they are absolutely thieves read more

SCAMMERS ALERT! Sold me a vehicle for $20,000 and refuses to give me a key and making me pay for it myself! We've only had it a week now and we've been trying to get a key since the day we bought it!! How ridiculous is that?? I've never once dealt with a car dealership so goddamn ridiculous. The service lady told me they didn't even inspect any part of that vehicle before they sold it... uhh OBVIOUSLY!! This including the key fob they handed me with the missing key in it now we're told we have to pay $250 for a key to a vehicle that is NEW TO US! that shouldn't be our responsibility over $20,000 and you guys really can't spend $250 of that to get me a key for a vehicle you sold to me. I wish that all new soldiers or anyone sees this review because let me tell you the people are nice but the cars are absolutely terrible, high mileage and too many things wrong with them and yes you can spy them and let the people know and they will give you a slip of paper that says "we owe" but what they never tell you is that you only have 30 days from the purchase to get it fixed and now I am stuck with a crappy car with over 73,000 miles for 16,500 when I could've gone to an actual dealership and gotten a way better car trust me I regret coming here and hate the people who recommended this place please don't come here you will definitely regret it and get stuck with a car that will die out quicker than any other. I have to agree with all the complaints on here ....we bought a 2018 Kia Soul and it has had nothing but issues since we first turned it on...they lied in store that they would pay for the rental for the entire repair of our car in which they only paid for two days. We contact them today and are told that our car will not be worked on until late week ... the first week of April but yet they will expect us to keep making car payments when the car will be in the shop the entire time! My wife ask them what about a car in the mean time will they get us another rental they refuse to pay for one leaving us with a vehicle and we have an autistic child that need medical services and the wife needs a car how can we make money if she can't get to her place of business to pay bills! The manager is a heartless coward that hides in his office....The service rep there is always snotty and rude and has been quoted as saying she hates her job! That's okay i will be taking them for all there worth if i don't get my money back from them! I have already reached out to the Attorney General's office and i am awaiting the correspondence!!! Wish it was possible to give a negative review. The owners Steve knight and Michael Conigilio do not value their customers. We had an extremely upsetting interaction with the service department. And tried reaching out to talk to them to come to a resolution. We were told to come in Tuesday at 8:30 when we got there Michael was "too busy" and to come back at 11 so when we came back at 11 an employee told us both owners were in a meeting. We waited till 11:20 then asked the same employee when we would be able to meet with them and she said she didn't want to interrupt their meeting because she didn't "want to get her ass chewed". We finally were able to meet with both owners who said they had no idea why were even there which was a lie because we had employees reach out to them on Friday when the original issue arose. I also personally reached out to the Drive America Facebook page and Steve Knights Facebook asking them to contact me. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage that was done to my vehicle while it was in their possession. They have no customer service skill set. I have no idea how they have remained in business as long as they have because they're jokes when it comes to running a business. read more

PLEASE READ!!! THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION!!! I went here to buy my car about 7 weeks ago. I decided on a Nissan Versa SV, the car had 70000 miles and 1 previous owner and got 30 miles to the gallon CITY. For roughly $14,000 (including warranty) I thought I got it for a steal. The name of the man who helped me was Romeo and although he was cheerful he totally screwed me over. I'll be honest I firmly believe that half the reason he was so cheerful was because he was hitting on my mother, well when he wasn't bragging ABOUT HIS STRIPPER EX-WIFE anyway. To make a long story short he told me nothing was wrong with my car and to be fair he may not of known but oh boy were there things wrong with my car... After the first day of driving it (20 miles) it started jerking back and forth so I brought the car in and they told me that the cylinoid in the transmission went up. OK whatever I thought they're gonna fix it and I just had bad luck. So they set me up with a rental and 3 weeks went by and I finally got a call from Drive America stating I owed then money for registration. They did not once give me an update on my car. I stopped in and bitched then all of a sudden my car was finished in two days. Amazing how that works. I grab my car and drive home. 2 days later I got a call from Enterprise saying that I owed them over $200 for some safety fee or other. Drive America told me they were paying for everything so again I headed down there and bitched. The very next day my breaks started squealing so I smartened up and went to my local mechanic, Fast Lube (who I highly recommend by the way) who told me my rotors were rusted real bad and my break pads had less than 1/8th an inch on them which definitely wouldn't pass inspection. Now you'll never guess who did the inspection? Yes. Drive America. Also my torque converter was leaking. For those who don't know what that is its part of the transmission which they supposedly replaced. So yet again I go down and demand they fix all of the above. A week later they got me in and fixed all but the transmission. The service manager told me that they couldn't do that that day as the man who screwed up replacing the old transmission wasn't there and to come back next week. So I came back next week (yesterday, 9/16 btw) and sat there again for over an hour just for the manager to come out and tell me they needed to order a part and she'd call me when it came in. This brings me to today. I love my car, I really do but this company shouldn't sell cars that are in poor condition and they need to treat their clients with respect for both their feelings and their time. Neither of which they've shown me. I've owned this car for 7 weeks and I've only been able to drive it for 3 weeks and it's never been operating properly to this day. PLEASE read this and understand I'm trying to save you all the trouble I've gone through trying to get a car. This company is the worst and frankly needs to be shut down. They will get your "deposit" and then hold you hostage for hours waiting on the final deal, then they will string you a long for hours or days more while they wait on other customer and keep you there. They changed the price on their website for the vehicle I wanted, then took all my savings and then some on a van that blew an engine 5 months later. Few days ago, I took my SUV (1999 Mercedes-Benz Ml320) to this Drive America location to have new tires put on. I had researched the internet and found a set of four tires for $502. To my surprise, Hollie (svc mgr), beat that price by $32 and sold me a great set of tires with 50,000 warranty. Devon and Mike were both very professional and gave me a run down of work they've done and my warranty info. This was all done in less than two hours while I waited, sipping on free coffee and some work done using free wi-fi. If you need mechanical service and live around the area, make sure you give Drive America a shot as you wont be disappointed. I am planning to have my oil change done there in a few weeks. read more

Save yourself the trouble, and do NOT buy a vehicle here. We recently purchased a vehicle at Drive America. It was advertised as coming with "integrated phone." Much to my surprise, it is NOT equipped with this feature, sadly that was a big reason I chose this vehicle. When I questioned them about it, they told me I needed to pay to have it installed, at the cost of almost $400. This is false advertising, and they don't care. The vehicle has been in for service every single week since we picked it up. Some weeks, for up to four days at a time. I only was offered a rental car sporatically. The headaches that this place has caused, trying to shuffle kids and car seats and vehicles... the vehicle needing service over and over again, all with ZERO compassion or courtesy from them. Not once have they apologized even for our inconvenience. I do believe that the service dept is trying to buy time until our warranty is up. They do NOT stand behind their vehicles, they dump you after the sale. The sale that was no good deal by any means. I am so disappointed by this company! read more
