I saw the vehicle online and it looked in great condition. I contacted the salesperson and explained my situation. At the beginning, the service was excellent and the process went smoothly. Everything seemed fine until I went to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the hood was peeling. The salesperson told me they knew a place that could repair it at a low cost because they do work for them. I asked for the contact information three different times and never received it. One of the seats does not go up, and although I was told the seat motor would be replaced, the replacement part turned out to be used and was already installed on another seat. Also, while most dealerships wash vehicles before delivery, this one was not cleaned. That was not a major issue for me, but it added to the overall experience. The most frustrating part was the temporary tag situation. I called one week before it expired and was told it was not ready yet. I reminded them that it was just a tag transfer and that the expiration date was approaching. I was told they would call me. I called the day before it expired and was told I had to pay a fee. I have purchased several vehicles before and have never been charged an additional fee after the sale for something like this. Then I was told there was a "hold" in the system -- which is not my responsibility, especially with a temporary tag about to expire. I felt this was handled irresponsibly. I asked them to have my tag and seat repair ready and told them I would pay the fee, but then I was told installation had already been paid for (the shop is owned by them). I requested that the amount they planned to charge for installation be credited toward the tag fee they created. I was told they would speak with the manager, but I never received a proper resolution and was charged anyway. Shortly after the sale, I was asked to leave a review. Based on previous experiences purchasing vehicles, I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before writing a review. I wanted to make sure everything was handled properly first. Unfortunately, this has been my experience. At the beginning, the salesperson said this was the easiest sale he had ever had. Unfortunately, I can now say this has been one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I do not believe this is solely the salesperson's fault, which is why I am not mentioning his name. However, management and leadership need to improve. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very concerning. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. read more

BUYER BEWARE- LEMON LOT! I would give zero stars if I could. First mistake we made was even buying from this sketchy establishment, second mistake was not returning the vehicle after 24 hours when we had to have the car serviced with them because the power steering light came on.. all of the signs were there, we just choose to ignore them until it was too late. Fast forward only a short 5 months, my 15 year old son is driving his car (this was his first vehicle to learn and grow with- so the car is not driven often- maybe only put 800 miles on it) when the power steering light comes on again and the wheel completely locks up, while he's driving on US1! This caused us to have to get it towed to a shop, where they later discovered a MASSIVE oil leak that they said has been there for YEARS as well as the power steering being totally shot and needing to get replaced.. both issues being noted having been there for a very long time. Well, you'd think that the warranty we purchased would help us get out of this quoted $15K dilemma (yes, they told us everything plus labor would be nearly $15K and to throw the car away, it was a trash car)-- the warranty would NOT cover anything, NOTHING! Naturally as an angry mom and consumer, I called Driveline LLC.. they offered to work on the vehicle but not for over 3 weeks and would give us a discount.. discounted price was never fully discussed as how much that discount would be, but they seemed like they couldn't be bothered with this very expensive lemon they sold us.. and honestly, I wouldn't trust them "fixing" the car and pouring more money into it. This car was a 2014 Audi with under 90K miles, after about a month the paint started fading, interior ceiling lining started to drop after just a few days, power steering alerted us less than 24 hours of having the car.. and now, it cant even be driven. Our loan was around $14K, with repairs costing more-- we are now having to trade the car in for another loan, just to fix this issue, causing us more money. If you want to read more of their sketchy business go to the Better Business Bureau and look them up, that's what I should have done in the first place.. I know I'll get some type of snarky comment back from their "management team" not taking accountability for anything, just like they have done in the BBB responses. got a 2019 range rover evoque a couple years back had to help some others out with my review. the owner Bo is a married man who sleeps around and personally prayed on me when i went in. the car drove fine on the test drive but fast forward maybe two months and my brakes were GRINDING. not just squeaking but fully grinding to where people on the road next to me would let me know because it was that bad of a sound. now here i am with a timing chain that needs replacing so basically my car is totaled when that happens and they failed to inform me of any of that. i had to replace coolant and oil part within the first six months auto start and stop never works nor did it ever. and of course i can't trade it back in now because apparently the place i got the loan from is "no longer in bussiness" word for word what the owner told me. shit place run by a creepy guy. do not recommend lol. read more

2 months after buying from them, vehicle needed service. Purchased the highest top warranty deal ($3500) and felt my vehicle was put on the back burner considering i wasn't paying for much just deductible & labor and taxes and fees. But still felt like the job shouldn't have taken as long as it did. No priority at all. No professionalism. Asked if i was paying cash or card i said card they said there is a convenience fee (3%) and if i had cashapp i could send cashapp for no fee. I still used my card and paid the fee because that didn't sound right. Maintenance weren't on the same page about my final costs after the warranty was applied and was trying to round up my total to a whole total number was also a red flag. Will take my warranty elsewhere from now on. Don't recommend at all. Sorry but they need to work on how to work with customers better. read more

Bought a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan there last month. First day when my son got it back to the house, had a check engine light and a P0341 code, which was related to camshaft sensor. Took it back 4 times and nothing resolved the light coming on. Took it to Orange Park Volkswagen today and they diagnosed a timing chain issue that I am now paying a couple of thousand dollars repair to fix. Salesman said I should bring it back in again, but I'm done with them, his response is I should have bought the warranty package. (Typically warranties have a 30 to 45 day period before you can apply a warranty issue) I shouldn't have a problem with a car the first day. The issue must have been there before. Expensive lesson learned and I won't go back there again and wouldn't advise anyone else to shop there. read more

Came in to look at 2 cars. Money in hand ready to buy today. Mercedes Cl 600 and Audi Q7. They are suppose to be open at noon on Sunday...got there 12:10 gate closed and locked left them Vm. At 12:20 they called said running late I came back. The website said "runs great." The salesperson was very young (like under 20 young) didn't know anything about cars. He couldn't start either car...then said not sure what to tell me. He said that one had a bad computer and other one had issues. Drove 45 min from orange park...waste of my weekend day. They have a car listed on Facebook marketplace. It's a classic mustang. The original listing says they have unlimited warranty, discounts on labor, everyone's financed and all this stuff. I don't need financing, but I've neer seen that kind of warranty on a classic car. I message the dealership and I'm immediately told that all of their extra stuff (most of the ad) are not included on this car. I explain that's deceptive and they shouldn't post it than. They say it's too hard to customize the post for each car, it would mess things up. I sell items all the time on Facebook, you don't post stuff that's not true. The post is taken down and another one is put up by "Kevin". I message him about a month later as I'm still in the market for the right car. And at this point I'm willing to paint the car to make it perfect. I ask if they have power steering, brakes, and roof (it's a convertible). Kevin says he'll check. We go back and forth, he never answers my questions. I've looked at alot of cars and I just want to know basic info. I plan to come out there one Sunday (they keep the car off site, you have to schedule to come see it). He tells me he'll get back to me. He never does. A week or two go by and I ask again about the power brakes, etc and I'm told to call him. I request he message me so I can keep the info on that car WITH the messages. He doesn't want to message, only talk on the phone. Refuses to answer the questions and basically tells me good luck. My car had a dent and broken taillight due to being hit by an Amazon driver who wasn't paying attention to the road. While my insurance won't defend me receiving any money from them to fix my car for this accident, Driveline worked with me to find the most affordable way to fix my car. Not only did the team do an amazing job making my car look brand new, the detail work on the interior and exterior truly transformed my car. I wish I had a before and after because it was COVERED in sap, built up dirt, pine needles, leaves and who knows what else and now there's not even a sign of that build up! Driveline LLC is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. The Owner Bo Marivanovich is a sleazy croak and liar. I bought a 2003 Hummer H2 and he told me that everything was working as normal. What a pile of liars. The Transmission was bad, not to mention engine codes were lite up like Christmas Trees. Bald Tires and did not even had a catalytic converters in the Hummer, I reported it to BBB and also the City of Jacksonville. No help because they said no one has taken it far enough to shut him down, he also sold me an extended warranty that he should not have, the warranty company told me that they would have never issued a warranty for my Hummer because parts were missing and check engine lights were on. When I received the Hummer in California, OMG. what a joke, I tried to get my money back and he told me no way and too bad I bought it as is. Also lied to BBB saying that I would remove the complaint on him if he gave me $1000.00. Totally untrue. I would not take any money from him to remove my complaint, I want my money back and I will keep trying as lone as I am alive. Too bad I'm out in California. If I was ever in Florida I would personally go in and meet him in person. Anyway if anyone that would like to personally talk to me just reply to this comment and I will be gladly talk to you about this terrible dealership. I drove from Orlando to Jacksonville to look at a Range Rover they were selling. Dan was my salesman, he texted me the Carfax, videos up close everything to earn his trust. I arrived and was hesitant at first due to how manly it appeared. Bo the owner came out and chatted with me and agreed it looked manly and said if you decide to buy it , I'll trade out the rims when I get another Range Rover on my lot. I thought that was generous of him being I was buying a Range Rover sport supercharge less than he paid. He was genuine and worked with my financial situation and helped make my Mother's Day the best ever. I bought a one owner Z4 from Driveline. It supposedly had an excellent CarFax report which was texted to me, never fall for this. The radio didn't work because the amp in the trunk had been flooded, the car had obviously been at least partially flooded. The car has been wrecked as well. The deal was supposed to include a 3 month drivetrain warrantee which I never received. Even though advertised as one owner it had no maintenance records nor any original paperwork. In the past I have paid for an inspector, did not this time. Disappointed in myself, I know better AVOID this dealership. Don't make the mistake I did. read more

Do not buy anything from this dealership, especially over the internet. They will tell you nothing that resembles the truth, then you will be stuck, as I was, with a piece of junk. I had to unload a 2008 Range Rover Sport that was described as "like new" at a loss of $4,000. They buy these vehicles at auctions, and there is a reason why those cars are dumped there. And make sure you read the reviews on other sites. Most are like mine, very bad. I was not told of suspension faults, check engine lights, bald tires, broken tail light, missing ignition key, broken glove department, and other issues. Funny that their website lists a "Quality Control Manager " as being on staff. I'd like to know what that person does. I' m sure they sell some of the worst vehicles to distant customers who have little recourse. If you have a problem after the sale, forget it, they won't deal with you. My salesman was Dan Loznjakovic, a major league liar. And the owner , Bo Mariyanovich, is an unbelievably vulgar individual. Look him up on social media to see what kind of person he is. Don't trust this dealer. I located a vehicle that I was interested in on their website (A 2012 F350 Diesel). I had to leave work early to make it there before they closed. It was late evening when I arrived and drove the truck in question. I had a few reservations about it, but they recommended leaving a deposit to hold the truck until I could return the following day in the sunlight. Being an honest and trusting consumer, I hesitantly agreed. When I was leaving the deposit, the owner Bojan Marijanovic and his brother Chris Marijanovic assured me that if we did not make a deal the following day, that the deposit was refundable. I took them at their word. The next day, I took an extended lunch hour from work & returned to their dealership, finding that the truck was not an XLT as Bojan had told me (Swore that it was), it was an XL, which affected the value and the price. I further found that it was not a 1 owner as it was listed on their website, but had been to 2 different auctions at different times and was already a 2 owner. Then, when starting the truck in the daylight on their lot, it made a horrible grinding sound each time it was started. This wasn't something I heard the night before. If it was, I would have immediately looked elsewhere. Not feeling comfortable with all of these issues adding up for a $30,000 truck (and that it was a commercial service vehicle of some kind and had likely idled numerous hours more than it ran), I let them know that I no longer wanted to purchase the truck and wanted my cash deposit back. It had been 6 business hours total (Not even 1 full day). They declined to provide a refund. They said it was their policy not to offer a refund on a deposit. That wasn't what they said the previous evening. Chris told me multiple times that the truck had to be relisted on Ebay and that there was an expense to relist it because they took it down (It was NEVER on Ebay). Being reasonable, I asked him to show me where the Ebay listing had been cancelled. He went to their ebay listings and there was nothing there in their cancelled or removed listings for ANY F350. It was a STRAIGHT LIE! He told me that he removed it from Craigslist and that it would cost to put it back up. Yet ANOTHER LIE. It was still up after I left (and the listing said it was 12 days old).
