However since I complained on my prior yelp review about two issues: (lack of information on the ui, appearing to have hung for long periods of time and a non-bootable backup disc issue) I have been contacted by CMS and they have proved to me they really are paying attention and do care about responding to their customers issues. They have sent me instructions which hopefully will resolve my issues. For whatever reason, CMS tech support is shielded behind a web site so it is initially difficult to reach a real person if you happen to need support. Keep trying. Their response time in my case via web/email was ~30 minutes and the message did contain a phone number - that I had failed to notice. Too bad they don't just publish the number on their web or in the help screen for the product. I respond much better when to talking to someone when Im having problems. If you do purchase one of these - and I honestly hope you do... and if you have any problems or dont understand what its doing - dont wait until your frustrated like I did to get through to their tech support, be persistent. I think it comes down to this... It is hard to make a product that works flawlessly on PC models and OS versions, and a UI that provides the 'right' amount of detail. I guess I should cut them some slack here. So Ive upgraded my review back to being 'a fan' given the responsiveness they have shown. And I hope they take to heart my plea for more informative user interface for operations that may take several hours to complete - and make the support line phone number easier to find.

Now, I've had my Dell lap top for 5 years but, it has not had the miles put on it like my PC. All black, beautifully stream lined 19" monitor, tower (with more memory than Methuzilah!), key board/mouse for $699.84! BTW that included all the goodies at no extra charge! However, had it not been for my friend (which resulted from my being a customer of his) John (owner/operator of GEEKMAN.BIZ) I would be in a straight jacket right now! He spent 5 hours (at his rate which is the same for me as everyone else) transfering all of my files, insatalling, updating, connecting tweeking this downloading that leaving nothing left for me to do but sign in and re-enter ID'S and passwords etc. Also, next week he will be back to re-evaluate his work, make adjustments (all for no charge) and then begin re-designing my new web site for my sunglasses business. That too at a very reasonable rate. My fellow yelpers' I'm delighted beyond gegabytes! My USP ports runnith over! There is no way I could have done this without him and his expertise. I mean really where do you find PC people that have all of these cool FREE downloads right from their web site: AVG Security, Crap Cleaner, Adware, Microsoft programs for cool sounds...oh the list of good fortune is endless! Okay maybe some others but everything is user friendly and, he is available for consult either via text or phone. So, just like when I had to have my car in tip top condition when I was in corperate and kept a top notch mechanic available at reasonable rates available now, I have a PC professional for my PC & Lap Top needs.
