A friend of mine had a PC with a corrupt drive and refused to power on. After removing the drive, it also refused to recognize the boot drive and kept looping back to BIOS, despite doing a clean Windows installation. Initially I took it to Microcenter to have it repaired, but their service advisor must have miscommunicated to the technician because all they did was check the parts without powering it on. Not a very good use of $80 for a diagnostic fee if you ask me. Thankfully Superior Computers was willing to locate my problem, understand what was going on, and provided me a reasonable explanation of the repair process. I got the PC back in less than a day with an even cheaper diagnostic fee and repair confirmation. I cannot recommend their service enough. read more

OK I absolutely must leave a review for this place! So I'm a retired computer geek, and I had hacked my MacBook, and totally forgot that I'm not supposed to do a file system migration through the operating system long story short, my computer completely froze and whenever I turn it on the screen is black. I was seriously too busy to take care of it, but it was really stressing me out. I did some research and saw this computer repair business as one of the top rated in the area and so I decided to come check it out and man am I so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ibrahim was very nice very kind and very welcoming. Because of what I was telling him about the situation, he knew I was a geek and told me exactly how I could get it fixed myself he literally spent 20 minutes with me to show me and talk to me About how to fix it. He also noticed my battery was expanding and beginning to deform my computer, but I knew it was a long job that was relatively involved, so I had been avoiding taking care of that. I ended up having him replace my battery and install a new operating system on my computer and it took care of it all within a couple hours. I went right down the list from my public search, and Superior Computer's were the first to actually speak with me. Excellent customer service. They did a free diagnostic, and had me supply a new PSU (which I appreciate because it let me pick my own quality and price), they also did a full disassemble and deep clean and redid the thermal glue. Overall very professional work and he was very open about the timeline of labor which turned out to be 100% accurate, even added a free six month labor warranty. So basically I took my 8 years old water damaged MacBook Pro to Ibrahim to fix. He was nothing short but nice and well informed. He upgraded my HD to SSD, replace my MacBook pro cover, sped up my Mac so I can use it for my work, replace my battery, and most importantly he replaced my MacBook Pro's keyboard in just under 24 hours. All of this for a very decent price compared to other places I've called and they've quoted. My 9 year old daughter spilled milk on her laptop so the keyboard went crazy along with the screen. I immediately looked on Yelp for the nearest computer repair shop to get it fixed and found this store. He immediately worked on the laptop and gave me a call in about 30mins saying he cleaned it and asked for my approval to order a new keyboard. I gave him the okay and he placed the order. He got the parts replaced the keyboard and on top of that he replaced the palm rest for free because ours was really worn. I visited this place back in the winter of 2019-2020, and this review is long overdue x)). It was a rather stressing time for me then because I was undergoing finals when my laptop blue-screened me and refused to work. I spent about 2 days trying to troubleshoot my laptop to no avail. In the end, I brought it to this place in hopes that they could diagnose and fix the problem for me. The problem seemed to be a malfunction of my SSD, and they noted that my laptop should still be covered under MSI's warranty, urging me to send it to MSI for repairs so that I wouldn't have to pay for a replacement drive. I really appreciated that (it's pretty tight on my wallet being a university student).
