    Dear Future customers of Clyde Crum Appraisal services please read below…read more My name is Maksim Kovalerchik and I am real person who this company did appraisal APP #H011118. They are crocks end thieves after I spoke to Ms Robyn I told her I need my proparty appraised vacant land value plus the bulding value done separately she said fine It would cost a whopping $4500 which would need to be paid up front!!!! to do 130,000 sq ft bulding and 9,7 acres of land. I told her accourding to my calculation the land value should be around $2,1 million and building around 2,6 million total value should be around 4,7 million. I was doing my calculation on super low end value of 424,000 sq ft of land at $5 a sq ft and building at super low $20 sq ft ft. Know Ms Robyn and her asshole appraiser Mr Clyde Crum said fine we would do our best to make the value as close as possible.I understand they use comparables of similar sales around the area and understood the value which I wanted would not be they always low ball they are bank rats scum bags. Dear future customers you would not believe it they came in with a value of the 130,000 sq ft super nice former school building at $550,000 using comparables 70 milles away from Marchchall TX not only that the comparables they used where Churches !!!! which where 3 times smaller and don't have nothing to do with school not to methane they where 70 milles away. This not all folks this gets better this crocks appraised my land value 424,000 sq ft of land in prime location in the Middle of residential next to Downtown Marchall at 0.60 cents a sq ft for a total price of 222,000 they used comparables outside of town where there are no homes nothing 10 milles away from my proparty. They are rude would not answer phone calls would not re do the appraiser and Basicly Ms Robyn said don't even call we will not change or re do. I am stupid I paid up front and paid the price for it. This company has eployes THIEFS who are here to steal your Money. This aparaiser is going in trash and will cost me millions in extra profit. I hope I have help at least someone who reads feedbacks make a correct decition. Its hard to find good appraisers they are Scum bags who work for the Banks. This ones are even lower then scum backs they do incorrect appraisers 70 milles away. From 89 page report there are 25 pages of photo's another 20 pages of Harrion County stuff. Incorect information about the proparty. This was so poorly done I thing a 10 years old child could of done better.

It did take about 4 hours from the time he started to finish but like I said it was very detailed with lots of measurements and lots of pictures. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. I will be using them again!

    OPEN LETTER TO MR. JARVIS…read more Mr. Jarvis, I feel compelled to tell you what a horrible experience I had when I met you on Tuesday. In my opinion, you were condescending, inappropriate, rude, and acted in a truly despicable manner. For the record, I explained to you that I bought the ring for my late wife as a 10th wedding anniversary gift almost 30 years ago and that it has been sitting in my safety deposit box since she passed but my daughter is now of age and wants to wear the ring. Hence the need for the insurance appraisal. I further explained that the diamond was purchased from McGivern Diamonds but set by Jared Jewelers. I explained that I lost the original GIA Certificate and although GIA will not issue a new certificate they will provide a letter detailing the information on the certificate at a cost of $30. At the meeting, I provided you with the original letter from GIA and attached was the receipt for the $30 fee. Although all of this was true and easily verifiable with McGivern Diamonds and GIA, you made numerous inappropriate statements as if I were a common thief. This included ridiculous comments about how you were surprised that the measurements on the GIA letter matched the actual diamond. Worse, when you asked for what I originally paid for the ring you offered to buy it for $11,000. You obviously did not believe that it was for my daughter from her late mother. You thought I was a thief and would jump at an offer to pawn the ring. To add some additional insult, I was told that the appraisal would be provided immediately. But when I paid you with a check you said the appraisal would be emailed to me in 2 days. I guess you needed to make sure the diamond thief's check would clear before providing the appraisal. Unfortunately, I doubt I am the only one you treat so poorly. Perhaps I am just the first one who is calling you out for your truly horrendous behavior. You were very unprofessional and should be ashamed. I do NOT recommend ANYONE use the services of Jarvis Gems & Jewelry Appraisals. The above describes my experience and is my opinion!!!

His peers in his field all said Steve was the one who could do what no others would be able to. It was a time-sensitive, and highly emotional task I threw at him and he took it personally. On a human level- not transactional. He would not take the first answer that seemed pretty clear which he could have easily taken. He spent ample time with me, exhausted every method he had been trained to rule out any alternative possibilities and brought peace back to my heart. He could have charged me the sun and the moon but he was more than fair in price and far above and beyond in service, empathy, integrity, and overall professionalism. I will always be thankful for treating me and my situation as if he was personally vested and not just a transaction. Love to you and your team. Forever grateful
