Y'all only "sell the finest" but my bracelet that I was gifted from my boyfriend broke within 2 months of wearing it, all that needs to be fixed is the clasp, the old man working the counter was super rude, telling us we have to pay for jewelry that doesn't even last. They are more than happy to sell jewelry to you but horrible customer service when you need something fixed. I would rather go anywhere else but there for business, super disappointing. read more

They had beautiful rings and I went with my bf to get a feel for what style engagement ring I want and browse the sets but we ended up getting sidetracked for almost an hour with the salesmen. I made it clear to the workers that we were just looking and we weren't getting a ring that day but they sat us down and kept asking questions and trying to pressure us into buying a $6,000 ring that day. I have been to this store on three separate occasions to inquire about their pre-owned Rolex timepieces, and not once have I received any type of assistance (not even a greeting). This last time, I walked into the store and there were no other customers and two employees were behind the counter. They both looked up at me, said nothing, and looked back down. My husband went in the store at North East Mall specifically to buy me a ring for my birthday. The salesman talked my husband into buying a complete set with ring, pendant and earrings. My husband plainly told him that he would probably would be back because I may not like the set, which was almost $6000. He was told this would be fine. I preferred to keep only the ring. When he went to return the pendant and earrings he was told there were NO REFUNDS! This was extremely disappointing as they seemed nice when my husband made the purchase. I had a very good experience at Symphony Jewelers. I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring (Verragio) and wedding ring at the store. Nash stayed at the store until 12:00 midnight to help me pick the perfect ring and center stone. He showed me prices from competitive stores that I had already shopped on similar stones. I already knew I was getting a fair price as I had done a lot of shopping. The ring was a custom peice and took 5 weeks for them to get in. I didn't feel this was too long as he sent me a computerized rendering of what the ring would look like along the way. When the ring arrived my jaw hit the floor. It is stunning. The addition of a saphire on each side makes it really pop. The financing they offer at Symphony is amazing. I was able to "afford" a much higher end ring than I would have otherwise. Most stores offer 12 months interest free, but I was able to get 60 months. Sure it is crazy to pay off a ring for that long, but it is interest free and makes the payment extremely manageable. I have since added two more peices from this store for my lovely lady as well as my wedding band. I really cannot imagine receiving better service from a jeweler at the point of sale. I have brought the jewelry back for a cleaning and service was good then as well. I currently have the engagement ring out for a resizing and will update if I run into any issues with Verragio's sizing service. read more

We came in to look at watch for me and walked out with watch and new diamond for my wife. They worked with my wife for couple hours to find the diamond she wanted. Then after debating on spending so much they have is a deal we couldn't refuse. They are awesome and make sure ALL customers leave happy and with something they want. I received a phone call that I had 24 hours to remove my negative review or face legal action so I removed it and took action myself - that being said now - I would not do business with these guys -the diamond fell out of a ring my daughter gave me as a gift - I had the $4,000 ring for 100 days and I will not post all the bad business actions we have had with this company as it is too overwhelming and caused a lot of mental anguish to our entire family . Bought a Rolex and diamond earrings totaling 15K . My Rolex would not keep time and I brought it back in to symphony to be fixed. When I got it back, it worked for another two weeks before it stopped again. The last time I took my watch in for repair, they told me they would either replace the watch or send it off to be completely regeared. I came back two weeks later, and my watch was nowhere to be found and I was asked if I had been given a *receipt* for my repair. They refused to give me my watch as it had been "stolen by an employee" that recently quit and their store cameras memory conveniently swiped clean every two weeks. Moral of the story, these people are con artists and take advantage of their customers. The gm offered no reconciliation and simply stated it wasn't his problem and I should contact police.. WTF. DO NOT SHOP @ Symphony Jewelers @ Northeast Mall. They took advantage of my 81 year old mother last week when she went into their store asking for directions to Zales because she wanted to buy a 19.99 piece of jewelry for her 17 year old grand daughter for Christmas that she had received a flyer about in the mail. They told her Zales sold bad jewelry that wouldn't last and threw away the Zales sales postcard she had in her hand. They proceeded to keep her in their store for 3 hours pushing product and making her feel like she couldn't leave unless she bought $8500.00 worth of their jewelery including a $4150 diamond to replace the "yellowing" diamond in her wedding ring and a $2000 ruby pendant and earings set for her 17 year old grand daughter that she intended to only spend $19.99 on when she walk in. We asked for them to reconsider their ridiculous no return policy and take all the product back and refund her but they said "she looked compentent to them. (Note that reputable jewlers like Zales and Kay have 60 day return policies but not this sketchy place.) My mother never spends more than $40 per grandchild for birthdays and Christmas. She never intended to spend that kind of money and wouldn't have if her memory had been 100%. We were back there within 1 hour of the purchase and they refused to take the merchandise back and refund her money even though she clearly stated she didn't want it. My first experience was good, and their prices are good. They're aggressive, reminds you of auto sales. My second experience was awful ... Everything is fine unless you try to return something. They will aggressively fight you, using any method they can think of to avoid the return. I tried to return a ring the very next day, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to take it back. Updated: I got kind of suspicious after getting a credit alert saying I was over the limit on one of my credit cards. Well its this new account...they over charged my card. I went to talk with them about it and they tried convincing me that everyone is always approved for an extra 10%. So why is it reporting over the limi? I had to show them my approval letter so they could see the exact amount I was approved for. I finally realized also that the necklace she told me she was giving me for $100 was charged for $248.00. They took the necklace back and refigured the cost...I want something cheaper but they will not allow it so although my limit is only $3600, I am almost maxed out at $3572.00. You are stuck with your item unless you purchase something more expensive. Bogus...so I took this opportunity to learn something. After taking my ring to a gemologist for an appraisal. I found out these guys do markups. Even though the receipt said my ring was $9999 the value of it is only $2500. So after the 70% discount, I still ended up paying the exact retail price for my ring. The service seemed exceptional but now I see why. So don't expect to get a true discount as they have it advertised. You will still pay full price. You will be better off going to a reputable department store so you can get real discounts, not discounts that are a facade. read more

I'm pissed that I am even giving these disrespectful and unprofessional poor excuse for a business 1 star. Sooooo let us begin, me and my fiancé came here to buy her wedding ring and at first they were nice and seemed helpful until we picked out the ring and stated paying for it. Then not even a week into having it a diamond falls out, so we take it back and it takes a week to get fixed and nobody calls us to tell us it was back in. So we finally get the ring back and in a couple of days ANOTHER diamond falls out so we take it back this time it took like two weeks and I forgot to mention that we had them put sizing beads in and they didn't even clean up the solder. Finally we have enough and tell them we either want our money back or replace the ring, so they say they will order the SAME style ring from the manufacturer and we wait another 6 weeks to get it. Well when it came in it wasn't anywhere close to the ring we had (it was a hideous looking band) and they wouldn't work with us at all our only option was to upgrade it to a completely different ring. I recommend you never set foot into this place. I feel this review still didn't fully explain the headache this place put us thru for that I'm sorry. read more
