I wish I could rate this sham of a dealership zero stars. My husband and I bought a Subaru from them and in less than 24 hours the check engine light came on and the car was diagnosed with a bad catalytic converter. The salesman that we worked with named Mo stated that he had turned the engine light off so it would pass inspection so obviously they knew about the bad catalytic converter and fraudulently passed it. Upon bring it back to them they claimed they would fix it for us and replace the catalytic converter but after getting the car back again in a little over 24 hours the check engine light came on it is still obviously damaged. My husband and I spoke with another salesman there who said that we would have to take them to court in order to get a refund or have them pay for a the damage. This is the most unprofessional and corrupt car dealership we have ever dealt with. This is the second time they have tried to sell us a damaged car (the first time was another Subaru from their other location XDrive Motors). We will be taking them to court and filing with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. UPDATE: After being inspected at a Subaru dealership we were told that the car is basically junk and needs $4000 worth of work (it was $5000 to begin with and $6000 after the useless warranty we bought) and definitely was not safe to drive and should not have passed inspection. They sold it to us with poorly welded on aftermarket parts as well as leaving a broken pin in the ball bearings and a leak in the engine which could easily start a fire. When confronted with this they refused to fix anything expensive and denied the obvious and dangerous flaws and the fact that they fraudulently passed it for inspection. Lastly, if you buy a car from them be prepared to sign paperwork stating that you are giving up the right to sue them and if you want to see an arbitrator you have to go to one in New York or Minneapolis only. These guys are absolute scum bags and will 100% sell you a deadly piece of junk. This dealership has caused my husband and I extreme unneeded emotional and financial hardship and I regret ever working with them. STAY FAR AWAY. read more

We dealt with Yuri this past Saturday and had a very good experience. Yuri was right on top of every detail and extremely accommodating to our schedule. We needed to arrive near closing. He didn't rush us through the process, considering the time, and was very knowledgeable about the car. He knew the answers to the questions that we had about the car, and even fixed a small issue on the spot. He definitely knew his cars. He was pleasant and respectful, no high pressure sales pitch. He let us take the car for a test run for quite a long time considering the hour. We ended up purchasing the car, and so far are thrilled with it. We are out of state, so he didn't have to handle the registration, however he printed off the paperwork we would need for CT - very accommodating. I read the other reviews, and I'm sorry to hear of all these problems. All I can say is that Yuri said he's been at this establishment for about a year, so perhaps with Yuri things are turning around because as a purchaser or seller, you should not have to experience the kinds of problems that the other reviewers mentioned. I will follow-up with my review if the car experiences any problems, however, we are not feeling that things are heading in that direction. Go Yuri!! This is the most shady dealership I have ever done business with. I bought a vehicle from them. They are not trustworthy. Make sure you get everything in writing. If you are even considering trading in a vehicle, don't bother. They will make an offer but there is a good chance will change mind. The salespeople will agree to things when they haven't got approval. The GM and new car manager are nowhere to be found or don't care and just pawn it off on the used car sales manager. I asked to speak with the GM and said he wasn't interested. Who does that?? I can't urge you strongly enough - please - buy somewhere else - even if it is out of town. This is not a well-run dealership. I emailed the GM directly. He responded that he was out of the office so he'd get back to me tomorrow...Wow. Run, don't walk, somewhere else. Now I am waiting for them to refund my deposit...I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

This dealership is honestly the worst I've ever dealt with, and I'm shocked they're still around. They switched their name, but it's the same shady business. The whole place is super unprofessional from top to bottom. Salespeople don't even know how to treat customers, managers try to pressure you into things you don't want or need, and the service department? They can't even handle basic work! They are just hiring people off the street. They say their cars are inspected, but that's a complete lie! We almost bought one that ended up having a cracked frame, which is beyond sketchy. Oh and on top of that, they will refuse to work with you on the simplest things, and the communication is awful! If you value your money or your sanity, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

They forced me to write a good review after my boyfriend bought a truck, that truck turned out to have issues and they said they fixed it but it is still having the same issues.
