BUYER BEWARE!!!! Worst car buying experience ever, they tried to rip me off and have cut off all…read morecommunication after work was not complete prior to me picking up the car. I bought this car for my son we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ivan the salesman, when we test drove it, it had not been detailed, it needed an alignment and there was a box in the trunk with a tail light in it all of which we were told would be done by the time we picked up the car, non of it was done. We sat down after the test drive we agreed on a price and he said the finance manager would call me to go over financing and finalize the paper work because we had to leave. The finance manager called within 2 hours that part was very easy they sent over a million and one pages I signed and sent everything over, laster that night my husband went threw the paper work because the numbers sounded off, they added a $1400 gap insurance without my knowledge and the price was almost $1000 over what I had agreed to, all things I didn't notice when I was signing, completely my fault for not reading all 50 pages. I called the finance manager and he tells me he will figure it out for when I pick up the car. I showed up a few days later to pick up the car and it was as if no one was expecting me to be there, the finance manager was not there and ivan the salesman was lying to the sales manager tom foster about the price we had agreed on, after I was able to cancel the gap insurance I sat there for almost 2 hours arguing with the Salman and the sales manager ivan finally admitted to the original agreement and tom agreed to cut me a check for the amount added but now im still stuck paying the intest on it. I look at the car, I can tell it has not been touched since iv seen it, but they assure me the mechanical work has been done, but im so tired and stressed from the day we leave, my son tells me its driving weird turns out the alignment is not done and low and behold the dam box for the tail light is still in the trunk, they wrapped it in the carpet trying to hide it, iv emailed tom foster the manager and the owner, iv called multiple times with no response, this car will not pass inspection, and now im going to be stuck paying to have these things fixed, they are scammed and take advantage of people, buyer beware!

I peeked in the shop and one of the workers (I think manager?) shouted at me to get behind the desk. Ok- off to bad start. Told them I wanted an inspection sticker. They asked about my window tint. I told them it was legal and dealer installed in 2016 and it's never been a problem. Got a sticker THERE 2 years ago without issue. They told me oh, great. They finished inspection and FAILED my car stating (just the back) tint was too dark (the tint is the same on all windows). I explained it is legal (35%), and that it was dealer installed and that their very own shop passed my car two years ago. I asked to see the tinting testing meter and the they told me they stuck their hand inside the car and couldn't see it well from outside the car so they failed my car. I explained it was 35% which is legal. I further stated it should be tested with the tool. They belligerently argued raising their voice and said "too bad", you failed. Horrible service and terrible circumstance. Consumer beware! Unless you want to FAIL your inspection do NOT go here!

The guys at Xpress- Ken and Carlos- are friendly, but more importantly, they're HONEST. I feel like I can trust them. They tell you up front what you need to get done today, what may need work in the future, and why. They are very good at explaining the functions of the car and what they can do to prolong the life of your car. Ken and Carlos are also great at their jobs. They took my car out for a test drive before and after service to ensure that they fixed the problem (a rumbling when I hit the brakes) I was impressed by Xpress' honesty, service, customer focus, and thoroughness!

I know the look. Mechanics take a look at me, a petite young female, and then assume the "I'm the…read morepro, you minion" attitude. But not Scott. He always listens intently to my inquiries, willingly showing me the problems, honestly discussing the options, and most certainly offering experienced service at competitive prices. He goes above and beyond. I remember calling from Boston with a problem. He knows Honda's so well, he helped me fix the problem over the phone in mere minutes. Later, I brought my car in for other work while I was away on a trip. When I picked the car up and drove off, I found he had made helpful adjustments to my car-- I could tell just by driving it! Though he had not charged me (nor told me since I picked it up after hours) I turned right around and popped another check in the box in thanks. Scott is an honorable and reliable auto mechanic with superior knowledge of Honda and Acura cars. I am blessed to have found him and will also contact him for recommendations on other auto service (eg. glass or tires) businesses as well. It'll be a sad day when I have to find another mechanic.
