The AC on my Explorer failed in this hot weather. Brought to MG , was mailed/texted/linked to a full diagnostic with pictures of the fault (s) and a quote within the day. They also pointed out another issue, a leaking oil sender unit and I said do that too, along with an oil change. Said may take a day or two and I was offered a loaner car. Great. I said ok, do the work. Next day car was done early and came in under the quote. Just fantastic service. AC is nice and cold again!!! The negative: They overcharge regardless of what they say.they wanted just under 600 for 1 wheel bearing. At Dan snd Wally's it was 360, with same warranty They missed a defective part on my car. The reception area is polluted with cigarette smoke. They appear to have local older customers but I doubt they know how much they are being overcharged. They don't like people waiting there. ?
