Under the new ownership Joe's Service station gets 5 stars from me. Every time I bring one of my vehicles to Vinny, he takes me in right away and gets to the bottom of my issue. As far as cost goes he's the best, just Had 4 calipers replaced on my Tundra which were seizing causing an awful loss of breaking. He was extremely reasonable in his pricing, considering the time to find parts etc. Not all suppliers had the parts in stock. He has also fixed my Buick 4 door sedan which had a bad control arm bushing, in which the previous owner of Joes Service could not find. I now drive in confidence. Best to you all! JB read more

I recently moved back to Bridgewater, my truck has had a stalling problem for the past year and two shops told me it was to hard to chase down the problem on an older truck. I didn't want to but was looking at new trucks and mentioned this to Joe and he asked if he could look at it and sure enough he fixed it at an incredibly reasonable price. If anybody gives Joe's Auto Repair anything less then a 5 Star then you will never be satisfied in life. I've been bringing my vehicles to him for extensive work & basic work. Each time, Joe does AMAZING work- He is polite, patient, listen's and is very knowledgeable. Joe will take the time to explain (if you want to hear the problem) what is wrong and will be honest in price & labor. You can not go wrong in your decision to go to Joe's Auto "Joe" is a gem. There is no heat in the waiting room. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in DECADES. No one is wearing a mask during the mandated mask period. They also have political opinions plastered all over their hats, which to each their own but talking loudly about politics and swearing while doing so is unnecessary. If I wasn't completely stuck with what I needed done I would have gone anywhere else. I attached photos of the footprints left in the grime in the waiting room. Was first introduced to Joe through my girlfriends family. Joe does a great job and works his ass off to get your car fixed in a timely manor. He is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are super reasonable. He has serviced my car as well as my girlfriends a number of times in the past couple of years. Even after we moved, we still drive 45 minutes to him when we need a repair. Every time we have gone to him, the car has fixed very quickly, and we never had any issues. He is also great with communication, which makes things really easy when trying to find a good time to pick up and drop off the car. Lastly, I noticed several one star reviews because of people not wearing masks in the garage- there's a special place in hell for whoever would ridicule a business based on their personal views, especially after how hard the pandemic has been on small businesses. just moving here from missouri. i was unsure about a place to get my inspection sticker. brian over here at joe's was very polite and professional. still don't think you get paid enough. made me feel like i was at the right place. treated me as if i were back home in the auto body shop i went to for years. very informative about massachusetts laws and help me so fast my lunch didn't even get cold. so my five star review is also becasue of the energy and just friendlyness. thanks again brian will definitely be back. read more
