Kim Bailey was really friendly and patient in handling my questions and helping to facilitate the process. Everything felt transparent and I never felt any pressure from Bourne's Auto Center. There was a paperwork mistake (by our insurance company) and Bourne's was super understanding. It also turned out that there was a minor issue with the car tire after purchase impacting inspection and Bourne's took care of it through reimbursement since we live so far away. All along the way, Kim was very communicative and responsive. Sales was excellent -- highly recommend!

i do have trust issues on their ability to actually fix my car. i originally brought my car in…read morebecause my brake was acting weird. they just randomly changed my brake pads that i changed not so long ago and it did not fix the issue. few months later i come back to get my inspection done here and they failed me for the same reason that they did not fix correctly to begin with. i gave them another shot to fix it and they thought it was the calipers that might need to be replace. they some how ended up replacing one control arm, conveniently pass my inspection but my car is still having the same issue. i have to step on the brake very hard and for a long time to get it to work. it's gotten to the point that i got used to driving it this way, i just keep 2 car distance at all time. but it does not change the fact they did not fix the issue and charged me for different services both times. i didn't even bother bringing it back because i feel like they just playing car parts roulette and replacing random things then hope it works. if you go here for a general inspection sticker with a newer car it will be fine but i dont trust their abilities to fix old cars

When I made the appointment the owner informed me he didn't really want to install other peoples supplies and preferred to supply and install his own equipment, which is fair. He told me he would do it this time only, I said great and if there was anything else that needed to be done just go ahead and do it. He call when the truck was ready, I went and paid my bill not paying much attention to it. (Extra needed work was done) When I got in my truck I noticed my shocks were still in the box not used on the back seat. When I asked about it, he claimed he wasn't there and someone else did the work. He didn't even offer to try and make it right, so much for customer service. I will never go back. Totally unacceptable. * They claimed the car had "full maintenance" done -- it absolutely did not. Filters, fluids, everything was untouched. * I also had to buy tires within a month of owning the car! * When I asked for help, they refused to fix anything or offer any compensation. * I couldn't return the car because it was just past 30 days and outside lemon law coverage.
