Communication was lacking, After 4 months of uncertainty and delays and just pure unprofessionalism, I canceled my order. I asked for a refund for not meeting their end of the agreement and they said they would cut a check, but after a month the check was never available to pick up and they have stopped returning all correspondence regarding the refund. The lack of transparency and failure to meet on agreed-upon timelines were unacceptable. I cannot recommend Frontier Glass LLC based on my experience. Bill K

The Ford dealership messed up my window during a recall servicing and I needed someone to fix it…read morewhile I was out of state so my car could be fixed. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they worked with me so someone else could drop off and pick up my vehicle. Badger Glass called me during the appointment to let me know how much it would cost and what the problem was. It turns out the window was not placed in the window track and it was a super easy fix. They helped me out yet again by allowing my vehicle to stay there overnight so I could have someone pick it up (as I was still out of state). Now, over a year later, I still haven't had any problems with that window. Thank you Badger Glass for being honest and super helpful!

Jim called a couple of days later and said the glass was at his shop, and would I please change my mind. I was skeptical, but relented, against my wife's wishes. I showed up at the agreed time, and found the shop a HUGE mess. But they got my car in straight away, and a bit later, the glass was in and I was good to go, for a price much lower than I found elsewhere in town. They did a great job, so overall, my experience was good. I'm glad I gave them a shot.
