She hooked me up with an aftermarket custom brush bar to mount them on which exceeded my expectations as it is snug and form fitting. And the moose lights? HOLY CRAP! Light up the world! Furthermore, I was worried about the light switch inside the car as there is not much space for extra stuff, yet it was conspicuously and beautifully done. Way exceeded my expectations. I've had my car for 5 years now and have dealt with all the inconveniences of going out to plug in and then going out again to start the car. I've also left the car running with the key in the ignition during long shopping trips when it's -40 (somehow my car hasn't been stolen). I finally felt like I deserved to level up and get an autostart. I called a few places to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best quote, but they got me in the following week. The customer service at Auto Trim Design is great and the environment in the store is very positive and fun. I picked my car up after work , they showed me how to use my new feature, and sent me on my way. I am super satisfied with these guys. They did a great job and seem like good folks. I don't know what all the whining and complaining is about in the other reviews; I had a great experience at ATD. Maybe ATD is just picking up their game. Ordered a topper for my truck. Amanda took care of placing the order and keeping me updated on its progress. Once it arrived, I had to schedule an appt. to have it installed. They were backlogged, so I had to schedule my appt. 3 weeks out. I was told they would call me if a spot opened up. A week later Amanda called one morning and asked if I could bring my truck in right away- a spot had opened up. Told 'em I would need at least a day's lead time to make transportation arrangements. A week after that, Amanda called on a Sat. to let me know another spot opened up. Brought the truck in on Mon. at 9am, topper was installed and truck ready to go by 3pm. Bing bang boom- done. And a week ahead of my original install appt. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. read more

I first went in to ATD to get some running board for my truck. I'd checked around online, and their prices were great compared to online prices plus shipping. Since then, I had some paint chipping off the running boards. I stopped by ADT just to see what my options were to get it fixed, and they took pictures and took all the steps to get warranty repairs done through manufacturers without me having to do anything. I'll continue to go to ADT for my truck accessories instead of ordering stuff online because their prices are competitive and having friendly and helpful customer service wins over my business any day. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this company! They truly stand behind their products! My autostart (which works fabulously from long distances) had a couple issues that were not Auto Trim's fault -- once needed to be reprogrammed because my car battery was left totally dead for about 3 weeks, once was messed up due to my user error, once needed a new battery, . .. .every time the staff were wonderfully helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, and all those things were fixed with NO EXTRA CHARGE over a 5 year period! I bought a new car and would not buy it until I confirmed Auto Trim could install an auto start in it -- would not go anywhere else! read more

They have always been great! We've had them install stereos in both of our trucks, speakers in my truck, and an auto start and bed liner in my wife's dually. They also rhino lined a bumper for me. It's usually same day service and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Never use them unless you like being talked down to and ripped off. They charged me for hours worth of labor that I had not authorized when I dropped my car off. They didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know there would be additional fees and my car still isn't working! All around a terrible business to use. The guys behind the counter are arrogant pricks. So if you like arrogant pricks over charging you, then this is the place for you. read more

I will NEVER go back to Auto Trim Design for any kind of service or product!! I called on a Monday afternoon to see if the put on car seat covers for my truck. They told me "yes, that they could bust it out in an hour to an hour and a half and that their shop rate was $105.00 an hour." WRONG!!! Wednesday morning I dropped my truck off at 7:30am. Went back on my lunch at 12:30pm to pick up my truck, and it still wasn't done. "He has about another hour or so to go and then it will be ready." I figured they hadn't gotten to it yet. Went back at 3:00 pm to get my truck and I got a bill for $378.00. After I argued for a minuet as to why and hour to an hour and a half job took almost four hours to do. They told me a BS reason and took off one hour of labor because "they couldn't explain the extra hour of work." Also I had to purchase more rope from them because the car seats I purchased apparently didn't have enough rope for all of my seats. Yeah right, anything to make that extra money. Needless to say I left there with five seats covered, (not even my middle seat) and a bill for $278.00 when quoted closer to $105.00 bill. I will not be a returning customer and I hope you won't be either. read more

My friend ordered a brush guard on April 11th, 2017 for my truck. She paid in full. They told her 3-4 weeks. After numerous phone calls into July, turns out it had been delivered to their Anchorage store, who almost sold it as theirs. Finally gets delivered and it is installed- doesn't work though as one of the metal struts across the grill had been bent at some point. Bent to the point of no return. She took it back and the folks at Auto Trim immediately blamed it on the company that shipped from Anchorage. Then they wanted to try and fix it. For $600, I expect my item to be in perfect condition. So they told her that they had to talk to the manager and would get back to her. They didn't. She finally found out today, July 10th, after calling them yet again, that they ordered a new one and we have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Every contact with them has been horrible, with the exception of the day they took her money. They are dismissive, unresponsive, ignorant of what is happening in their own business, unconcerned that it took almost 3 months to actually receive the item which had been damaged and eager to place the blame on anyone but themselves. I can't believe that they are still in business. I won't be going back. Next time I will use someome who cares about their customers. read more
