Took me just into 4-figures, and now I can drive it again (well, actually, there's a slew of other things too...). Miki is very pleasant to deal with in this altogether no BS place - and her doggies are adorable. My only 'complaint' is that it took over a week to work me in! That means: A) They are busy, because customers are coming back, and referring others to them, and ...B) Porsches need a lot of TLC. That's "German engineering" for ya! * They can't quite decide whether they are "Drivers Choice", "Driver's Choice", or "Drivers' Choice", since their logo/listing all say the first, while in speaking of themselves they use the second; but not that I'm trying to be grammar teacher here, but it really needs to be the third. The possessive needs to be there, and surely it's more than one driver's choice!

This was a wonderful and exceptionally smooth purchase and process for me. Oliver suggested some shops in the area for me to have the car inspected as this was a remote purchase. I had looked up some shops on my own also. But I actually opted to go through one of his recommended shops since his recommendations had the highest ratings online. Millenia and Oliver helped me find a very suitable enclosed delivery truck for the shipment of my vehicle too. He was very open, direct, honest, and truthful about everything about the vehicle too. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient with me and addressed all my needs and offered me all the solutions with detailed explanations and I won every time on every issue listening to his solutions, weighing them, and choosing to go with how he recommended to take each step forward. I am a bit of control freak and very analytical when it comes to making big ticket purchases and will come up with a thousand questions on the subject matter, and he was able to gain my trust because of his display of knowledge, and also because of his genuine show of truthfulness over the phone. I recommend Millenia Motors to my fellow Yelpers for vehicle purchases, especially of exotic and sports cars - they have a magnificent selection - and this was a great experience for me. They did upsell more recommend services like coolant and tire alignment, but that would have jumped to over 700. I just stuck with the basic routine. I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

    I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. The vehicle I purchased was sold as a…read morecertified pre-owned car, yet there were immediate issues that should have been identified prior to sale, including a cracked windshield and brake problems that surfaced immediately after purchase. The service department experience was even more concerning. I had to return multiple times due to incomplete or delayed repairs, communication was non existent unless I followed up myself, and promised services such as detailing were never completed. While the vehicle was in their care, the leather on driver's seat was damaged. The proposed "repair" was to glue and paint over the damage rather than replace the affected panel. They took no responsibility even though the damage happened in their care and their resolution unacceptable. Of further concern, personal documents went missing from my vehicle while it was in their care, and there was an unexplained few hundred mile increase during one of the 10 day service periods. Despite raising these issues, there was no accountability or resolution. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and raises serious concerns about the standards behind their certified pre-owned program and their slogan "buy smart, be happy." From my experience, honesty, accountability and a happy customer is NOT their priority. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution if at all. **Ive added before and after pictures of the ripped seat. Keep in mind the seat was ripped in their care before I even took possession of the car after purchasing. Its unacceptable how they claim to have fixed. Im trying to escalate but no one returns calls there.

It was being sold by CH Auto Sales, so I inquired for more information about the vehicle using the Contact Us on their website. I wanted to purchase it and the next day I called Mr. Charlie Williams, Owner, CH Auto Sales. This was my first red flag. He wasn't a very good salesman because he sounded angry, was very direct and didn't seem like he wanted to discuss the deal. Also, he was pushy and wanted me to sign the Purchase Agreement only after a few communications. On 15 July 2024, I signed the purchase agreement, scanned and emailed it to CH Auto Sales. Then Mr. Williams gave me verbal instructions to process a wire transfer for the amount of $1,254.00 for shipping the vehicle. I even repeated this information back to him to ensure our long-distance transaction would be accurately processed. He emailed the necessary information for the wire transfer, so I contacted my bank and processed the transaction for $1,254.00 that same day. Bank Name: Wells Fargo 1030 MONTGOMERY RD, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL , 32714 Routing/ABA NO. 121000248 Beneficiary A/C NO. 40630112757261641 Beneficiary A/C Name: CH AUTOS SALES, 540 N STATE ROAD 434, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714 On 16 July 2024, Mr. Williams contacted me by telephone stating that I didn't read the Purchase Agreement carefully and was very upset with me. I had just woken up and was not pleased with this sudden change that was turning bad very quickly. During this conversation, he also stated, quote, "I do not need your money. I will send it back by the end of the week." I later contacted Mr. Williams via email to express my disappointment and the reasons for not trusting him with purchasing the car. On 22 July 2024, I requested a status of returning the shipping payment via email to CH Auto Sales, which received the email reply of "call your banker and tell about this! you a maked complaint and my bank account is locked now!" Now I'm not sure what legal or administrative action(s) to take to recoup my payment to CH Auto Sales, but he needs to be stopped now from doing it again. Mr. Williams' poor integrity clearly isn't consistent with American values because he took financial advantage of me. Please DO NOT purchase from him. Mr. Williams poor business practices and ability to steal money from potential buyer is NOT ethical. These were the red flags I noted about CH Auto Sales: * Purchasing a vehicle via wire transfer is widely associated with scams * I live out of state and Florida is a great distance away * CH Auto Sales is not listed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida * CH Auto Sales has no reviews available on the Internet * CH Auto Sales address shows no business building on Google Maps * CH Auto Sales is a relatively new business, which is a high risk

I even called them on the way this morning to let them know I was running late and they told me no problem. When I arrived and checked in, after struggling to drive there because my vehicle is having issues, I was told they won't help me because my vehicle is more than 15 years old. At no point during TWO phone calls in which they had all of the information about my vehicle did they tell me they couldn't offer me service. They wasted my time and almost caused me to break down on the side of the road for NOTHING trying to get there. What a colossal customer service failure. absolutely horrible. I will never give them my business for anything and I was thinking about getting a new truck.

What followed was one of the most frustrating, time-wasting experiences I've ever had with any service center. Mr. Jordan promised that if diagnostics weren't completed the same day, I'd receive a loaner the next day. That never happened. He ghosted my calls, ignored multiple voicemails, and only responded days later with a text saying my vehicle was "ready." When I showed up, they hadn't even fixed the issue -- just held my car for 4 days, ordered parts, and told me to bring it back next week. Worse, Mr. Jordan was extremely rude, blaming me for calling late and implying that my expectations were the problem. Not once did they offer a loaner as promised or keep me in the loop. Bottom line: they wasted four days of my time, didn't fix anything, and treated me with complete disregard. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, avoid Peacock Ford at all costs.
