I did, and I was told that it would take until midnight to get the docs ready. They blamed the confusion on the "call center". Even though I called the store directly, it goes to a call center...? I paid for an Uber there, $35. I couldn't stay until midnight, so I left. I paid for another Uber ride back home, $35. So far I'm out $70 and 2 trips to the dealership. I came back the next morning and spoke with a salesman (the one that showed me the car the day before) and he told me he would make sure the car was ready/washed and the papers would be ready to be signed the next day so I can pick up the car after a work trip. Great! I asked him to check to see if the car has a charging cable and to text if it did or not, but didn't hear back from him. But wait, there's more... I came back the next day and I arrived at 6PM as confirmed earlier that morning by text message. The car was not washed and docs weren't ready at 6PM. They said they thought I was getting there at 8PM, despite having confirmed I'd be there at 6PM. The first salesman I was dealing with wasn't there, so they handed me over to another salesman. So the wait begins... go back and forth with numbers, agree on price, then they put the docs together and washed the car. I get the car with 33% charge (it's an EV). The equivalent of buying a car with only 1/3 gas tank. They didn't charge it. Cool... fortunately, it has enough range for me to get home. I get home and find that it doesn't have a charging cable. I can't make this up... so I had to find a fast charger that night so that I would have enough range to use it the next day. I was shuffled around between a couple different salesman, but fortunately, Miguel, who was the final salesman I dealt with, was great to work with. I like the car and it was a good price. The lack of communication between the dealership, their "call center", their website, and some of their salesman leave something to be desired. This is not like buying a Tesla online. Much different experience. I'd give Miguel 5 stars for closing the deal, but the overall dealership experience could have been better. I'll give the dealership a 2.5. I'll round up to 4 stars total, but definitely be prepared for some run-around.

When we walked in, it was an hour before Enterprise Car Sales was to close. We were greeted by Jimmy. Jimmy had a smile on his face and took us over to his desk. I felt like we were with the right person because Jimmy had more than half a dozen awards around his desk. He let us know that these cars used to be rentals and that they go through a 109 point inspection. They are priced below Kelly Blue Book pricing, so no need to worry about haggling. After asking my daughter what features she would like to have, and what kind of monthly payment she could afford, Jimmy took a few minutes away to find her something that would match what she wanted. He allowed her to test drive a few cars and after the 2nd test drive, she was set on her new car. What a beauty! While we were inside going over the paperwork and doing the down payment, someone was outside super cleaning her car. He asked me to move my car, I gave a suggestion for more clear parking as the customer parking sign points to the lot I parked at (since there was no more parking in the adjacent lot outside the sales building. 3 other cars were parked in the same lot, and someone came to park right after me and he didn't say anything to that customer. I said it would be easier to figure out if the signs weee easier to read and the told me to "keep my suggestions to myself." I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere.
