    I wanted to take the time to give the Entire Team here at Roseville Car Connection a absolute FIVE STAR RATING! My daughter bought her 2015 Chevrolet Trax from here in 2018. It was an amazing vehicle with no issues and I came here with her when the owner fixed a tire for her. They were so welcoming and sincere in all interactions we had with them. Fast forward a couple years and my 18 year old needed a new car. So of course, I remember Roseville Car Connection and the way they treated my daughter. We went to the lot to look at cars and my son found a 2018 Ford Focus with low miles and it was perfect for him. They helped him get financing and the entire sales process was fast and hassle free. Now it's 2022... I now needed a car that was reliable. My 2017 Chevy Silverado I bought new from Folsom Chevrolet, decided to breakdown with major engine issues after 119k miles and right when the warranty expired. To say the least I was stressed out and remembered ROSEVILLE CAR CONNECTION. I was met with the same friendly salesman and owner as soon as I arrived. I found the perfect vehicle 2008 INFINITY M35 with all maintenance records and 90k miles. They worked with me and waited for my father to send them the check for the balance owed. Even though they had the check mailed to them I was given the car without to delay so I could keep my work schedule. If you are looking for reliable high quality vehicles and a company who genuinely cares about its customers, THEN COME TO ROSEVILLE CAR CONNECTION. They take pride in making sure their customers are taken care of and continue to care years later. I want to thank them for taking care of all my family needs and we will continue to recommend them to all our friend and loved ones. Once again, thank you for always providing top-notch service !

    I'll make this short. I had the luxury car inspected before I negotiated. Car needed at least $3;500 worth of work from the reputable dealership. Told me he didn't have a car fax (told my buddy the same thing) and then magically produced one once I gave him my evidence. I offered him over $2k what the highest kbb price was and he still acted like I was giving him pennies. Let's be honest; cash talks; so do reasonable offers. Never again..I hope the next person passes on sub par customer service!

    I am extremely pleased with this dealorship.I bought a Hummer H2 and the car turned out to be everything I wanted and more. Jose was accessible and even stayed late to finalyze the deal. I don't rush to evaluate on Yelp often but this is a class act establishment that I know others will be happy with also.

Even though I live out of the area, my most reliable and trusted service experience has consistently been with Roseville Toyota. That's exactly why I coordinate my maintenance around trips to the area. Kerry S. has been my service advisor many times, and I always appreciate his straightforward, practical advice - telling me exactly what makes the most sense. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I receive here. While my service experience has been truly exceptional, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here based on my interactions and observations of the sales team. Car sales traditionally carries a stigma, but the conversations and interactions I've experienced and overheard here represent the worst of the worst. Being present for extended periods of time during service visits over the years, and with what I call a carefully tuned gift of situational awareness only confirmed this conclusion. Its big corporate numbers game here only, and not worthy of any loyalty.

    Update July 6,2026 After having been absolutely discarded…read moreand left with no other choice I literally walking into the office of Tony Bernasconi's (GM) and asked him if he could help me with the fact that we were sold a lemon. Mr. Bernasconi quickly responded by asking the sales manager on duty to help me. I was escorted to the office of the service manager Nick Dunbar. When speaking to Mr Dunbar I was told that 1) you can not tell if a alternator is close to failure 2) there is nothing that can be done about the compressor failure 3) you never know about a used car A day later the dealership had decided to cover the cost and they Up until this point we felt that we should be able to trust ROSEVILLE TOYOTA, but clearly this was not possible. This week we were finally able to get the car to a reputable repair shop .We needed a new set of eyes on the vehicle because we are not mechanically inclined. When we received the the car report that we paid for privately and some how this situation has gotten worse and I have posted the report. It shows that the : 1) rear brakes and rotors are completely not safe. 2) lower control arm bushings(suspension) 3) the transmission and differential fluid are filthy and need to be flushed 4) the car needs a tuneup and the spark plugs are not working properly The fact that ROSEVILLE TOYOTA allowed the car to leave their lot in the condition that it was in is reprehensible and the fact that my wife and daughter were placed in this situation is uncalled for I intend on escalating this situation further to TOYOTA OF AMERICA and to Lithia Corps. At this point we are out of pocket $5,500 . The car has been in the shop for more time than we have driven it. My wife has anxiety over the fact that she has not had a period of time without requiring a trip to service. Truly disgusting behavior from a Dealership and Brand that is supposed to exude confidence/integrity and a level of trust and that is not being met

For one what I like about the…read morebuying experience here is that the salesman won't harass you and constantly nagging you to buy the car. All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

    Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.
