Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted even though it wasn't available at their location and secured an even better one from another dealership. He ensured the vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and stayed involved throughout the entire process. I was a tough cookie to deal with after dealing with some non transparent dealerships, including AutoNation Ford Bradenton. I had my guard up and gave no room for mistakes, lack of transparency, or additional add ons. I truly appreciated how Luis understood that and didn't waste my time. He also acted as a third eye, carefully reviewing the documents and making sure everything was complete and accurate. That level of attention to detail gave me peace of mind. If you're looking for a dealership that values professionalism. I highly recommend the AutoNation Miami team, especially Luis. Please avoid the Bradenton location. The staff was rude and unhelpful, to the point that we decided to leave. I was still very interested in a Sportage, so we decided to give Miami Lakes Kia a chance, and I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, Armando was professional, polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and never made us feel pressured. His customer service was truly outstanding. Not only did Armando make the experience enjoyable, but he was also able to help us get a great deal on our new Sportage. The difference between our experience at Miami Lakes Kia and the other dealership was night and day.     Horrific Experience!…read more I had the unfortunate luck of calling in and being greeted by Raykol Rubi. This individual is perhaps the most disorganized and overly verbose person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Over the course of three weeks of phone conversations and texts, I found him to be crude, unprepared, and repetitive. Despite clearly telling him the specific car I was looking for, along with my preferred terms, he continuously tried to push me into buying or leasing an Infiniti. Each new conversation would start with him trying to redirect me to a vehicle I had no interest in. It became incredibly frustrating. Raykol's dealership contacts were dubious at best. No one seemed to actually know him, and the "deals" he offered were incomplete. He refused to put anything in writing or send me paperwork, claiming that he didn't trust anyone and didn't want people to steal his deals. At one point, he had me travel from Broward all the way to North Miami for an appointment to meet a car salesman--only to find out the car didn't even exist, and the terms were nothing like what we had discussed. Then, he sent me to North Broward to meet with the dealership GM, but the address he provided was wrong. The GM was actually just three blocks away. When I arrived, I was told to wait in the lobby. I waited for 45 minutes with no one coming to speak with me. After about an hour, I decided to leave. When I told Raykol about my experience, he said, "HE is trying to be understanding." How could he possibly be "understanding" when he sent me to three different dealerships that didn't have the vehicle or terms I requested? Then, he tells me maybe we're not a good fit, which I agreed with, and asked him to transfer me to Alan or someone else. He replied, "HAHA, good luck with that, we are all a family here." That remark was childish and unprofessional. It's because of this unprofessionalism that I'm giving a one-star review, though I honestly think zero stars would be more fitting. Luckily, I was able to find the car I wanted on my own with the original terms I had requested.

From the moment we first chatted, 48 hours later I had the car I wanted delivered to my home and my old car hauled away. Best part of this concierge service is that I also got a great deal, way better than what the current advertised "deals" with none of the dealer negotiating back and forth BS. I told Arthur in person but I say it again. This experience has made me realize to not ever step in a dealership to buy a car, will definitely reach out to Arthur and MotorBreeze again!
