This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a service center. If I could leave negative stars, I would. This location has repeatedly wasted my time and shown a complete lack of consideration for customers. Today, I had a 6:00 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When scheduling online, I clearly selected that I would be waiting for my vehicle. I drove all the way from Davie to make my appointment, only to be told by the service writers that they could not perform the service unless I dropped off my vehicle. If that was the case, why wasn't I contacted beforehand? I had to leave work early and spend nearly an hour driving there, only to be turned away. This is unacceptable--especially since my vehicle is my only means of transportation. This wasn't my first disappointing experience with this dealership. I previously scheduled three separate appointments to have a recall repaired, only to be told each time that the dealer did not have the necessary tool. This issue has been ongoing since 2022. Rather than notifying me in advance, the dealership allowed me to waste time traveling there repeatedly. What makes this worse is that I purchased my vehicle from this same location and had trusted them to provide quality service, as I've done with all of my past Fords. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in their service department. The recall in question was a safety issue, and the lack of urgency put my family at risk. I even had to rent a vehicle on multiple occasions because I didn't feel safe driving mine. Despite being assured over the phone that the necessary tools were available, I was once again told upon arrival that they were not. I ultimately had the recall fixed at another dealership without any issue. AutoNation has failed to take responsibility for their mistakes and has shown little regard for customer safety or satisfaction. I contacted him multiple times about a repair I needed to complete before my extended warranty expired. He assured me on several occasions that he would call me back, but those calls never came. I reached out several times to remind him of my situation, stressing that the warranty deadline was approaching. My last visit here, I had a small problem that I chose not to disclose publicly and never left feedback about. I gave the benefit of the doubt then, but this most recent interaction crossed the line. After sending him a final message asking if he was simply too busy to call me so we could arrange an appointment, his only reply via text was, "Yes, I'm very busy." This kind of short, dismissive response, combined with the lack of follow-up, is unacceptable--especially considering my loyalty to this dealership for over a decade. I understand service advisors can be busy, but ignoring a time-sensitive warranty repair and brushing off a long-time customer with a cold reply is not acceptable. We bought a Bronco Heritage from AutoNation Miami, and the finance manager (Hector) told us that two add-on coverages, appearance protection and vehicle protection were "free." When we got home and manually calculated everything, we discovered they had actually charged us for them. When we called Hector, he told us we could cancel them with our first payment the following month. But when we tried to cancel, the dealership told us these products were not cancelable. This is outright dishonesty -- we were lied to in person, then misled again over the phone. It feels like a scam, and we strongly recommend staying away from this place. So when i leased a car i made sure i asked for the maintenance plan, amongst other things. When i took my car to another dealer closer to my house i got charged so i called the dealer and they told me it was included but had to be with another autonation. So next time i drove to an autonation drealer closer to my house and again they said it wasnt included. So i called again to which now they said i never purchased it. Needless to say i checked and true there is no paperwork showing that i did. But i know what was promised. I left a bad review on this place years ago on Google and guess what, It's still trash. And now they've added an accolade to the list: scammers. The motor on the driver side window of my ford mustang is no longer working. Now im no mechanic, but even with my little bit of hands on experience, i know that this is something that can be done in one day, and shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. These mother fuckers charged 950$ to replace ONE motor and it couldn't even be done that day. I obviously did not pay that and decided to do it myself. I asked for the part number and after searching it up, the part itself costs 90-130$ depending where you get it. And there are a bunch of YouTube videos under 20 mins that show how to change the motor. Taking the panel off alone only takes 2-5 minutes. Esta compania esta lleno de unos sin verguenzas. Since my purchase of my vehicle a certified used vehicle and their Platinum extended warranty I've had good experiences with them. Normally I'm very happy with their service but this last time was a nightmare, traumatic to be without a vehicle I brought them my car for an issue with the AC making a bubbling noise that can also be a fan pulley noise. The AC worked great but the noise was making me lose my marbles. I keep it at the 65 degrees and at the lowest fan speed. When you turn off the AC cool button the sound goes away. They turned it on at full blast and couldn't hear it. Dropped it off on May 23rd. May 25 the asked for an update no response June 5th asked for an update: they are unable to duplicate the noise probably because they turn it on at full blast. They will update me tomorrow June 6th I ask for an update when I do t hear from them. No response June 8 I send a text: no response June 9 I ask for an update. No response so I go in person. I get a response and say I'm here. They tell me the battery died. I buy a new one and drive it back to them so they can fix the issue that is still present. And now it has another sound. A high pitch sound AC related sound. June 12, 13, 14, 16, 19 I ask for an update. No response. They tell me by Friday they'll know. No response I call on 6/20 for an update, noise is still there they can't figure it out. 6/23 ask for an update, no response 6/30 ask for an update, they said not yet. 7/4 update? Not open today. 7/6 picked it up. Had to change the battery again and the sound was gone but came back so now I'm convinced it could be a power regulator or something. Something covered under my plan and something they should have figured out. This should have been taken care of. My battery shouldn't have died. Then my battery died again. Now I have to do all these things and now I'm finally outside of my warranty. Would I take it back even if the GM called me to apologize? Or even accept an apology for being without a vehicle for so long? Absolutely not! Because it would take 2 months to get my car back and they would never call me to update me or call when they say they would and what they have there is an epidemic of epic proportions with the lack of professionalism that is evident in the demeanor and an evident lack of mechanical staff. I imagine they take in more vehicles than they can fix. Do I recommend Auto nation Ford after the pandemic? Not unless they made some serious changes. read more

I've been more than patient in leaving my reviews on this establishment but 60+ days is sufficient time to fix what they haven't done and I am left with a car I can't drive. So I opted to leave my vehicle and return since nothing seemed to move fast here. I was left to call to get updates; no one called. Six hours later, I come back same thing, no one greets you. I ask some of the Service Department folks if the attendant I was working with was still there. It took me asking twice to get someone to contact him. He took an hour to get back to the Center. Trust me when I say that the auction has far superior vehicles than AutoNation Ford Miami. I purchased a car from the auction in 2013, which performs significantly better than vehicles purchased here. Buying a car submerged for five years has far better odds than the ones from AutoNation Ford Miami. They sold me a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum, which started giving me problems that same day. I told Xavier about it he told me he would speak to a manager. After realizing that he was manipulating my emotions, I drove there on September 26, 2022, a week later, to speak with a manager. It was said that the car had 2000 fewer miles than it did. I brought it up to Julio Roman, who said it was not a huge concern since it was not 10,000 miles over the quoted mileage. General Manager Sergio Suarez insisted that the advertised mileage was a mistake. When I picked up the car 2 weeks after being told to leave it for them to fix it, I discovered that the issues had never been resolved. They don't give a D*** that the car poses a risk to life. After the car was dropped off on 11/10/2022, it stay with them for 7 whole weeks. After I picked it up on Ney Year's Eve, I had to take it back to them on 01/07/20233. The car is still in their possession as we speak. BY THE, WAY I NEVER HAD A RENTAL SO I WAS PAYING UBER $100/DAY TO GO TO WORK. SOMETIMES MY FRIENDS WOULD LET ME USE THEIR CAR OR CATCH A RIDE. They sent me to another dealer a 1hour away of course it was a wrong dealer. They sent me to Mercedes Benz while I have a Land Rover....... I almost forget that day my wife drove the car to Land Rover to do a check up of course we pay for that.... When I took the paper to the dealer where I purchased the car, the guy said remember the probably trying to sell you bullsh*t. I purchased 2 cars there 3 weeks ago and have had issues with my brakes on one of the cars since. "Parts are being ordered" and now it's not a guarantee they can "fix it" as they have to recheck if it's the brakes after all. I went for a second opinion at another dealer which indeed the car is not up to par. Yellow and red flags everywhere on the inspection list. It should have not been in the lot to be sold to begin with. Now, the manager sends me to voicemail every time, it's either never in or on another call. So what needs to happen next? Last time I went I dealt with a sweet front desk lady (I wish I would've gotten her name), and with Arnold from the service department. Arnold took my work schedule into consideration and was able to accommodate what would have been a 2 day job (due to a delay) and made a few calls and got it done in one day. This 120 point inspection and dealer pre includes an oil change air in tires clean inside and out filters etc. luckily, I took the car to my mechanic to have it inspected and in doing so I realized my engine oil was literally BLACK but the computer was reset to 100% the is shady as all and bad business practice. the cabin filter air filters and fuel filters where visibility dirty. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE CHANGED. I should have known when I picked up the truck and it's was full of lint and dust the rubber floor mats still had dusty foot prints. The rims even had break dust. We purchased a vehicle at this dealership August 2023. It took us 4 hours to complete the purchase. While the gentlemen who helped us in finance was very professional and excellent, I cannot say the same for the Sales Manager Yusef. We got to the dealership at 6 pm and didn't leave until almost 10pm. While we were in finance around 9:20 pm Yusef came in and said he was leaving. He said he needed to go home. He didn't even stay to make sure there weren't any issues in finance. We wanted to go home too. We were there 4 hours. When we finally left we no sooner got on the Palmetto and got a flat tire. I immediately texted my sales person Bryan and he said I'm sorry, that stinks. The dealership is under construction and they are in the process of preparing to knock down a building down. There are screws and metal all over the parking lot. (see pictures). My husband was changing a tire on the Palmetto Expressway at 11 pm at night. We called the next morning and Yusef told my husband to come in right away and they would take care of the tire. Our salesman took our car over to service and asked us to wait in service. We also told the salesman Bryan that our car was flithy and it was not cleaned before we left with it. He said he would take care of it. About an hour and a half later waiting in Service I went to find our salesman and asked how long is this going to take. He said he didn't know he would check. Our car wasn't in taken in to the garage yet. He told us service is "backed up". Yusef told us to come right in. We waited another hour and then I texted the salesman again. He came back to service to check. He said they were taking it in now. Service advised that the tire couldn't be repaired and we needed a new tire. Bryan said he needed to get authorization from Yusef. We waited another 45 minutes and no Bryan. We texted again. He texted that it was raining and that's why he didn't come back. End result we were at service for 4 hours, they didn't put our vehicle in for detail while we waited for the car to be taken in to service and afterward Bryan said it is raining, detail isn't open but did we want to wait. I said absolutely not that this car should have gone to detail when we were waiting to be taken in service. End result we were there an additional 4 hours before leaving with the new tire. At no point did our salesman offer us water and Yusef the sales manager never came over to see us in service to see how things were going. Not a bottle of water, not an offer of a free oil change. We paid $50 to get the car detailed ourselves and get the plastic removed fro the windows. I've attached pictures of the text message with our salesman along with pictures of screws and metals in the parking lot. Lesson learned. Beware of the abilities of AutoNation For. I went in for a recall on my F150 with no problems with the vehicle. When I left my rear view camaraderie was not working, auto theft system kept on going off and on and remote engine startup did not work. I took vehicle back and they could not figure out the problem or offer a resolution. UPDATE (11/2/2020 at 11AM): As requested by AutoNation Ford Miami, I called the GM at AutoNation Miami and spoke to someone who told me that AutoNation Miami will not do anything, not even offer an apology for my poor experience. The GM spent most of the time, trying to convince me that I should just accept the vehicle as is, there is nothing they're willing to do, and that they inspect all their vehicles with a 125 point, or more inspection. When I asked how could they miss a large CAPA sticker inside the bumper, which shows that the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket piece, he said that doesn't mean anything. I asked if it wasn't that important, then why didn't the salesperson disclose it? How could they not see it if they inspected the vehicle as well as they claim to? If I were to try to trade in a vehicle, they would not have such a cavalier attitude about an accident report. They even went as far as to try and tell me that if I ordered a part for a car with my VIN, through the dealership, it would show up on the carfax report. I challenged that statement and asked for proof because I've ordered parts for all my Ford through the dealerships over the years with VIN numbers and never had anything come up on carfax. The dealership spent most of the conversation trying to just gaslight and force me to accept that they're unwilling to do anything to change my experience, not even offer an apology. When I first moved to Miami and was looking for a car, I went to Maroone since I would hear their car advertisements and their jingles at least 3 times per hour on the radio. I didn't realize that just because they have an advertising budget, that doesn't mean they're any good. Before I was able to try a vehicle, they took and kept my drivers' license. No big deal there, that's probably pretty standard. However, before they would talk price after the test drive, they asked for a $1,000 check in "good faith" that I'd buy the vehicle if they could make me a deal I was happy with. I liked the car, didn't have time to play, so I gave them the check...Well, they couldn't make a deal I was happy with, but it was like pulling teeth to get the check and my drivers' license back. I was literally ready to call the police at one point because they wouldn't simply give me my license and check back so I could leave. Several months later I was hit by another motorist and needed some work done. My vehicle was a Ford at the time, so I took it to Maroone's body shop. Another mistake. They do have an Enterprise rent-a-car on site, which is nice (OK, I guess they can have the 1 star for that). However, my insurance only covers 1 month of rental car fees in the case of an accident. Maroone had my vehicle for nearly 7 weeks to replace a hood, fender and grille (no structural problems). That meant I'd have to pay an additional 3 weeks of rental charges myself unless the other driver's insurance was willing to pay it (of course they weren't as they felt 7 weeks was excessive, as did I). After I got it back from Maroone's body shop, the vehicle was never right and in the end I had to sell it. So in my experience at least, the salesmen at Maroone are shady, and their body shop doesn't have their customers' best interest in mind and isn't able to completely repair some problems, nor do they seem concerned about it. I had a friend who made the mistake of going to Maroone about 1 year later to shop for a car...The same techniques were used on her...They kept her license, tried to get a check from her before they'd talk, etc. etc. Stay away from this place, hopefully the other Maroone dealerships (since they're everywhere and have nearly every brand of vehicle) are better than this one. read more

October 2016: I totaled my car. Consequently, my claims adjuster from GEICO told me to come here to pick up my settlement check. The runaround I received was quite a doozy! So to start things off, my claims adjuster gave me the woman's name and number of whom exactly I needed to see. Unfortunately for me, I was told I could walk in any time and I was not given an exact location in the place as to where exactly to go. Hence, the story begins. I arrived to AutoNation Ford Miami and I went straight inside. I was told to go to the body shop, so onwards and forwards! I go to the body shop and I get told I am still in the wrong place and to go outside. Apparently the woman I needed to see was in a kiosk. I spoke to her and she was nice. Much to my bad luck, I had to wait to be attended as she was with another customer. Once I was attended, the process took five minutes tops. Everything was clear and to the point. Thus, the only reason I give this place four stars is truly because I feel that the employees could know where to send their clients better. read more
