I found this company in Yelp. I was looking for a shredding service, where I could watch and make sure it was all done! This Co. is the best! It has a practical location, plenty of parking, in the back of a little shopping mall on Canoga Blvd. The people there are so helpful, and friendly. Use them. I had 60 boxes. Their fee was the most reasonable, and their guys were on time, gracious and quick. You can't ask for more. In my case, they had to pick up from a storage building and take the boxes to their premises for shredding. One tip: if you need a certificate of destruction, put it in writing when you retain them because the manager wanted to charge an additional $10 for it until we told her that it was part of the original quote. read more

I called ahead to ask for a price. I was told the price was $10 for up to 3 bankers boxes. When I got there the person that answered the door told me that he could not help me because the bail was full. He then asked me how much I had. I told him one box. He said OK and asked me if I knew the price. I quoted the price I was told on the telephone. He then asked if I had to watch. I said yes. He then told me it would be an additional $10 to watch. I asked him to talk to the person that I talked to on the telephone. He came back & told me that he could not give me the price I was told on the telephone. I left in a VERY BAD MOOD. I got an email from Mike asking me to call him. We discussed my bad experience at DRM yesterday. He explained the reasons that things went wrong and said he would make it right. I was satisfied with the explanation and took my documents to be shredded this afternoon. His staff took care of me. I will be returning with more documents for shredding in the future. I called ahead of time to make sure this place was open. Mike picked up the phone and was very friendly and helpful giving me directions on how to get to his office. The office is tucked in the back of a business Park center. Brian was there and helped me shred a box of old taxes plus some old credit cards that have been sitting on my husband's desk for a year in less than 5 min for $20. great service! they were fast, efficent, and went above and beyond. i was a bit skeptical at first thaving my confidential documents shredded off site. however, they reassured me that we were in good hands and that all files would be taken care of. he then offered us to watch them shred the documents if we wanted to. he said he would send us a certificate saying that everything was shredded. iwas really happy with the service. we had about 35 boxes and they were taken away within less than 15 min. so fast! i needed this done the same day and they literally came within 2 hours of me calling. i will def use this company again read more
