I had an experience I have to share about Drop Smash Fix on Lincoln. I had my iPhone screen replaced by them and two weeks after the repair my phone was in my back pocket and cracked as I was bending forward/sitting down. Twice I've brought phones here for new screens and twice the work has been excellent. This time it was Rafael who did great work, quickly per my request, and I know it wasn't easy with this phone which had been through (a) an antique meat grinder; (b) an incident involving a giant squid and an ape; and (c) that time I skydived from a space capsule and tried to take video the whole way while eating an ice cream sandwich. But seriously, I write this because the other experiences I've had with phone-fixers have been a bit like visiting your second cousin who he swears can make you a fake ID in less than five minutes. This place is way overpriced! I've unfortunately had to get my phone repaired a few times, and taken it to a different repair shop each time. You can tell that he actually cares that the customer understands everything and comes away satisfied. My iPad Air repair is a $136 repair here vs 299 at the Apple Store. I learned that they repair more electronics than just broken screens - like a headphone jack and the Bluetooth antenna in an android cell phone. I went in yesterday morning for a cracked iphone screen that was causing the touch screen to spaz out and open random apps and try to start typing or deleting things. I have used DropSmash Fix personally and for my Employer a local law firm. They have always provided fast and courteous service. I have used them 4 times for different products. On the last occasion an iPad that belonged to the Managing Partner off the firm was acting up, it appeared there was a problem with the digitizer. We had the digitizer replaced a couple of months earlier (i think) and it was now having this problem. I brought it in at 9am and explained the problem. The staff member was a nice young lady ( Im sorry I don't recall her name), but she listened and said they would fix it. They called me at 2pm and I picked up the iPad, they repaired it under their warranty. They did not try to find a way to blame me for the issue, nor was I trying to blame them for the issue.
