I got my smartphone battery replaced at DropSmashFix and couldn't be any happier with the friendly and skillful staff. The back cover of my smartphone started to break apart as a result of the battery bulging, so I went to the shop to seek advice on the best thing to do. I can't tell you how good is the final job! Not only I got the battery replaced (with a three-months warranty), but the back cover was glued back in such a neat fashion that I can barely remember how bad it was when I first took the phone to the shop. I was fortunate enough to have Rafael take care of me today and he knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it in just a few minutes. Took my phone in for a cracked screen. Within an hour they had my screen looking brand new. At $145 it's cheaper to get this service than go through my t-mobile insurance that has $175 deductible. I brought in a pair of studio monitor headphones that I use in my home recording studio because they stopped working out of one ear. Three months ago, I smashed my screen two days after my contract was up and the same week as the iphone 7 came out. In order to trade in my iphone 6, I had to get my screen fixed - which Verizon told me would probably cost $100-$150. They recommended DropSmashFix. I called them and was quoted $100. Edward fixed it in 45 mins. I was so happy with it, I decided to keep it (and heard all the bad reviews about the 7 anyway). For the past 2-3 months, my son's iphone 5 has been getting more and more difficult to charge. My husband's 5 had done the same thing a couple of years ago, and he had to replace the phone - twice! I figured I should call DropSmashFix again. Edward happened to answer the phone, he told me to replace the charging port would cost about $40 ($10-$20 less than a competitor's quote). But he said, I should bring it in, and he might be able to fix without replacing. I asked how late they were open - 7 pm - it was 6:45 and we live 10 mins away. Got there at 6:55 - Edward used a sharp tool to gently scrape the inside of the port, then sprayed condensed air and Voila! fixed!
