Great place to get a drug screen or any drug testing related service for court or personal knowledge.

When…read moremy name was called I went to the window of a lady named April and she was so sweet and helpful and very understanding to my plight. She has a beautiful smile and such a pleasant way about her. She put me at ease right away. Then there was Tony the blood man that draws your blood. He did what no one usually can do,find a vein the first time and not feel the needle at all. What a great way to start my 80th birthday. I hope you all get to have the same experience I did. This is my go to place. Blessings to all.

THE WORST!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!…read more Let me start by going back over a year ago for this loser place. During my annual exam, my doctor sends over the lab work orders for routine blood work, which always includes a fasting blood test. I show up all fasted, and my orders aren't there. It happened to be when my grandchildren were visiting, so I opted to come back another time. The following year, I showed up again, fasted and ready to go. Guess what? They didn't have the orders AGAIN! I was told that I had to call my doctor's office to get the orders!! I'm paying them, but okay, I have to do the work to track down the order. I called. The receptionist confirmed that orders had been sent over three weeks before my appointment, but she had me wait while they faxed them, and she verified they went through. I guess they've been through this before. I returned to the receptionist, and she told me that she hadn't received it yet. I checked again in 5 minutes, still nothing. Again in 5 minutes, still nothing. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to get their act together, I left. I had the bloodwork done at a different lab that wasn't covered by my insurance. Another doctor gave me paperwork to take to them for some pre-op work. I made another appointment, fasted, and showed up with paper orders. I didn't pay too much attention to the orders since there was really one test that was a follow-up from an abnormal reading from the earlier test. I was given a urinalysis cup, but I didn't pay attention to the blood tests they were running because I couldn't do that. When the results came in the next day, the one test my doctor needed wasn't included. When I looked at my copy of the orders, there was never supposed to be a urinalysis. I suspect that the receptionist misread the orders and ordered the urinalysis (which was the item below the test I needed) instead of the blood test I needed. I say suspect, because I can't get hold of anyone to verify this for me (including my doctor's office). My entire surgery could be at stake here if I don't get that blood test, but I can't find out what happened. This entire operation needs to be shut down.

I have to put my hand between my car door and the next car and spoosh my hand squeezing to get out. If you've gone, you know the struggle. One worker said it's ridiculous, this is for medical and there's no space to get out of your vehicle, and where is the handicap spaces?! Parking lot needs an overhaul! I agree! The kiosks need a table next to it. Patients are expected to get in their purse and get items out but no place to put their items. I see ppl putting their stuff in the floor and under their chin and it falls and it's a mess. Just a simple table hugged up to the kiosks would be so helpful. I miss them having a service desk, workers are so overworked. Their focus needs to be patients but they sadly have to do admin stuff and insurance stuff etc. That's not what they went to school for, they went to school to take blood etc. So frustrating seeing them overworked and overwhelmed with patient over load and paper work and insurance and it's truly asking too much of workers. So many businesses are doing this. That's why there's way too much turnover in workers. I rarely get the same worker and I go every 6 months for blood work. That said. The workers are great! Had all new workers which can make a patient nervous especially since my veins are a hard stick and my son is autistic and fears needles. They did wonderfully. It's so sad how much they are pushed and how much that's expected of them. It's frustrating and needs to change. Workers will burn out FAST like this. Having waiting room full and no breath time. I see appts sign up are 10 mins apart. That's wild! Goodness at least 15 mins because you get traffic jams if there's not cushion time. Or when you get a patient who has fears or a child with fears that takes more time. It causes back up and aggravated waiting customers. Which is why the poor ratings. Workers are great. Just overwhelmed. That's quest fault. Not the workers. They treat their patients great. In and out. Boom. So quest is who gets the no stars. The workers get 5 stars.

I also felt that concerns were not handled consistently across employees, which created a perception of favoritism. One situation that was particularly difficult involved a report that I had been rude to a coworker by demanding they stop what they were doing and assist me. That description did not reflect what occurred. My intention was to request assistance related to work, not to be disrespectful or demand that anyone abandon their responsibilities. I was not given an opportunity to fully explain my perspective before conclusions were drawn. The experience highlighted the importance of clear communication, objective fact-finding, and allowing all parties to be heard before decisions are made. I value treating colleagues with respect and working collaboratively, so it was frustrating to feel that my actions had been mischaracterized.

Mrs.Shannon and her team 100 stars. I felt heard and they assisted me in every way . Their supervisor on the other hand is where I would give the negative stars. I have never been spoke to so poorly. I worry that Ms.Nikki talks to everyone in this unprofessional tone. I fear more comments will be left regarding her distasteful behavior. An email has been send to the CEO John Aballi explaining my experiences but has yet to be answered. Seems like I will have to escalate these concerns. Again Mrs.Shannon and her team are truly the gems of this entire department!
