The first day I waited for at least 25 minutes past my appointment time, from the time that I checked in. The second day that I came, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I don't really understand how this happens. I don't want to put the blame on the phlebotomists here but the truth is this place is just poorly run. They also didn't let anyone waiting know that they running over an hour behind schedule. I had another appointment scheduled that I had to cancel because what should have been a 15 minute blood draw turned into a hour and a half ordeal. If you can avoid coming here do, it's just not worth it. There is absolutely no convenience associated with this place. If you can get your labs drawn or drug test done literally anywhere else, do so. Especially unfortunate because this is the only location in Omaha, so anyone using Quest is coming here, therefore super busy and they can't keep up. My phlebotomist however was good, I had several vials drawn and she did a good job switching each one out. This is the silver lining- at the very least the blood draw itself was not painful. My phlebotomist was clearly experienced, I can't speak for the others.

I finally found total wellness, so I made an appointment for the same day, paid online and printed a form. I showed up at my time, someone came out to get my form and put a qtip up both sides of my nose for 5 seconds each. He told me what he was doing and for how long then counted out loud which was awesome. It felt like getting water up your nose so it wasn't bad at all. I'm sure appreciative of this place!!! It was only $80 and now I can go see great grandma and not worry. There are about 15-20 spots, you park, put your mask on and keep your windows up. They will come out for your form, do the test and ask you to wait about 20 min for the results.

First, I felt embarrassed Second, I had no idea what to expect I will tell your doctor Liz Dolan was the absolute best. She listened she cared and I look forward to seeing her at our appointment. Brett my counselor really cares he listens. He gives advice and his advices is on point. I can say I'm extremely happy I can go to a place where I can be honest bend Doc. & Brett ear with no judgment. Again, if you don't put in the work, you won't get much out of it and that's no fault of the doctor's, counselors, etc. also, the pharmacist there are absolutely wonderful. I actually will not use any other pharmacies and get all my prescriptions from them. I personally cannot Thank each, and every staff enough. I personally recommend Omaha, insomnia and psychiatric.

I was previously seeing Dr. Fernandez at omaha insomnia and he never ONCE took my concerns or my symptoms seriously. I was originally on 2 different medications, both of which were causing me horrible back spasms to the point i couldn't sleep and would sob. He said it doesn't cause that. I ended up doing my research and BOTH medications caused it. I had to go in and tell him I weaned myself off and refuse to take them again. Then, He put me on fluoxetine and when i told him it was making me exhausted even after 14 hours of sleep, i was gaining weight but had no appetite, he INSISTED it must be my thyroid because "it shouldn't cause that". I did research, yet again, and found it DOES cause the side effects i was experiencing. I told him about my problems with sleeping too much or too little, and waking up in a panic every day to the point i almost throw up. He said it was NORMAL. Isn't this also an INSOMNIA office? After many months of not being listened to, around the end of april/beginning of may, I called and told the receptionists that I would not be returning and I do not want another appointment with Fernandez. They have since called me over FIVE TIMES trying to get me back in to see him or another provider. Most of the calls i ignored. On the fourth call, i answered and was quite rude. I told them I had already told them i would not be returning, i don't want to see a different provider, and not to call me again. YESTERDAY, they called me then immediately hung up, but proceeded to send me a fucking email to set up an appointment. I replied to the email and AGAIN re-established i will NEVER be returning to that facility, let alone see a "provider" there. At what point does this stop being an attempt to provide services and become harassment? Especially when i've told multiple people at this point to STOP CONTACTING ME. TL;DR--NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND NOT BOMBARDED WITH CALLS WHEN YOU LEAVE TO TRY TO GET YOU BACK IN.

The front of the building doesn't say ARC point labs anymore. So it's really confusing when you're driving by trying to find this place in the business park, and there's actually a completely different name. My actual appointment went fine, I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the gal that did the screening questions or whatever was pleasant. The low rating was really just for the major confusion when I arrived. I talked to a couple other people in the waiting room and they were driving around lost... This is a rather long review and if I could give zero stars I would! My wife was injured on the…read morejob and placed on workers compensation. She had a previous fusion so was very worried that something was wrong with that. MRI revealed it was a bulged disc at the level above the previous fusion and thought light duty and pt would help it. After 5 months with symptoms getting worse, an X-ray revealed an additional problem that required an additional fusion. The problem with this is, due to preexisting degeneration, they are saying it was only made worse and aggravated from additional stress from the injury and pt. Work comp didn't want to pay for the surgery so they forced her to have an independent medical evaluation with Dr Gill. Here's where the zero stars comes in.... When we entered the office, Dr Gill was not overly friendly and was very business like. He had a clipboard with her medical records and sat there writing things down as she explained her symptoms and the injury. He did very minimal tests to question the numbness and burning in her legs. Also, disregarded the fact that she had a vertebrae moving around in her back causing more pain and damage. After about 8 minutes he looked at us and said he had all he needed and someone would get back to us. Her IME was total crap to the point that you know all he was wanting to do is say work comp was not responsible. He stated she was observed to be obese (which she is NOT!) with a BMI of 23.8. Of course, being obese puts more strain on her condition. He also stated that it was only a sprain and she had reached maximum improvement and was cleared to go back to work without restrictions. Keep in mind, she lifts packages up to 70 lbs and has to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs by herself. Dr Gill did not display a caring manner and did not care about the pain my wife was in. Ironically, his diagnosis was completely wrong as it wouldn't be possible for her to return to work. She met with her primary Dr and just 2 weeks later, she had a surgery that took almost 5 hours to fix everything that was wrong. I know that work comp is the main problem here, however, I believe Dr Gill had his mind made up before we even met. Due to his wording in the report stating she was cleared to return to work, not only did she get kicked off workers comp, she is also having trouble qualifying for short term disability. It was quite obvious he works in favor of Work Comp. Had he at least acknowledged her condition, this whole thing could have been a better experience. BEWARE!
