They definitely get a lot of eye candy onto the net, etc. I'm pretty sure their prices are a bit lower than in greater Boston, and Lowell isn't that far away...but I'd recommend an independent inspection by a qualified mechanic or "Lemon Finder" to avoid possible hidden issues, which can be devastating with high ennd vehicles (even though there's a 'lemon law' in MA). read more

Horrible attitude, hung up in the middle of me talking multiple times, was flexing his business on me, very rude and rushing me to end the call as if the person wasnt being patient with me, tryed to ego me multiple times, I would NOT go here ever, horrible experience, it took alot in me not to go there and say it to my face like a man, because he wouldnt. Straightforward process from start to finish. I called about a test drive and they had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. When I was done with the test drive, the didn't pressure me at all and I went off to finish looking at a few other cars (comparison shopping). Had no problem with me taking the car to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. When I asked them address an issue, they gave me the option to let them fix it or take it to a place of my choosing where they would pay for the work. The process of actually negotiating the sale price, trade-in, financing, etc was painless and as efficient as any dealership I've dealt with. Would definitely shop there in the future. read more

There are used car salesmen and then there is Drum Hill Auto who will come and save your day! They are a delight to deal with and mega honest. I bought my favorite car of all times, my 3rd Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder from them and adore it. They got me financing that was 2 1/2% lower than most bank loans, and being a used car, Drum Hill Autos doesn't know what's wrong with their vehicles, but they give you a 20-day warranty which will cover anything that's amiss with the car. After purchase my car didn't pass inspection but Drum Hill, Autos, my knights in shining armor, happily repaired what was wrong and I only paid $100 as a deductible. Went here to poke around and test drive a couple cars, with one in particular that I was interested in. The fellow who helped me out was very rude and curt with me, and didn't take me seriously. He gave brief and dismissive answers to any questions I had about the car I was looking at. In addition to this, the car I test drove had an exhaust leak, a cracked taillight and terrible paint, being sold as is. Another car I visually inspected had a huge crack in the windshield and paint chips all over, also being sold as is. I got an overall sleazy vibe from this place despite them having some desirable cars. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I recently bought a Jeep from them only to find out there was multiple things wrong with the vehicle. After taking it in they managed to fix the minor things, the horn didn't work, back door didn't open etc. I also had what's called the "death wobble" ,when I hit a bump at high speed the vehicle shakes uncontrollably. They continued to tell me it was because my Jeep had "big tires". When I brought it in they did replace the ball joints but NOT the actual problem that we told them was causing the wobble. Then continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with the front end and my tires were the issue. At this point I had my husband change the track bar in the front end (which was junk) and guess what?! No more death wobble!!!! I did receive a check for the parts I paid for (not the full amount) and I am sure it's because they were tired of hearing from us. Unless you are mechanically inclined do not buy from here. They do not take pride in the vehicles they sell you. read more
