The person called me "stupid" (because I was asking something and I was trying to understand how it works) I know that for cars and four Wheels if you live in NH, but buy in Massachusetts you don't have to pay tax, so that was my question and instead of the person answer me explaining that doesn't apply for scooters, the person was very rude, she said that the scooter was sold out and that she doesn't want to deal with people like me. The whole conversation she was being rude answering things like: you are not buying a car, are you? This is your option buy or not! Because I ask a question? I just wanted to understand how it works if the same rules apply for scooters. You usually think that a serious business will appreciate their customers as they said and treat you nice, answering your doubts. But not this place and if you think that stopped there, NO. After I posted a bad review saying what happened and how mistreated I was someone text me ON MY FACEBOOK to insult me again in Portuguese swearing at me. Very unprofessional behavior. This kind off attitude has a name "harassment"

The bumper is set with a gap on one side, which indicates that it was most likely replaced. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on and the fog light fell out (this is the best after sales preparation, maestro bravo. I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won't believe it, but they didn't reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn't come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary). As a result of my trip, I received 2 M6 screws to secure the fender liner, and that's all .definitely worth the wait for a week) in the end!!! after 2 weeks Ross simply does not answer or pick up the phone! draw your own conclusion. I needed a pneumatic chisel to cut a groove into the metal, then use that with the chisel to back it out. The crush washer was completely flattened. Its like they used an impact wrench to put the plug on. around the same time my brakes starting squeaking loudly and only got worse. I brought it to a mechanic who then showed me that the pads installed by CSauto were the wrong size. The pads could have broke free causing me to get into an accident. The service this place does on their cars is ridiculous. They have no idea what they're doing and I'd be worried about every car on their lot. Like I said, this place is a joke.

    I posted a pretty harsh review of the dealer service department last week, and I want to amend it…read more While it is true that I was really unhappy with my dealings regarding warranty work last year, there have been changes at the dealership that have turned things around. Within a day or two of posting my review, I received a text and email from General Manager Christian Kassis and a follow-up phone call this past Saturday. My criticism and complaint stemmed from having to pay over $500 for work that was covered by my Ford PremiumCARE extended warranty because the then manager of the Service Centered failed to follow-up on the warranty claim. This all happened last year, and I had finally gotten around to posting a review. As mentioned, I spoke with Christian this past Saturday, and today being Monday, he has resolved the issue and issued me a reimbursement check. I've gone from incredibly disappointed to incredibly impressed. It is clear to me now that the issue arose from poor execution by the previous Service Manager. That person is no longer with the dealership. So, I've gone from a 1-star to 5-star rating and will be resuming my relationship with the dealership for service and possible future purchase. My thanks to Christian for addressing this issue in such a rapid manner. It almost renews my faith in human nature

And then he sold me a truck with a bad transmission which I called out when he first gave me the truck and didn't pay no mind to what I was saying !! So now I'm going threw all this hassle to get the warranty to help fix the transmission and there investigating the situation ! This dealer is horrible and a mess never again will I go or recommend anyone to go to this dealer again !!

    Back in September 2017, I purchased a car from commonwealth auto in Lowell, Massachusetts. The…read moreowner David, said the car was ready to go and that he had just picked it up from an auction. He also said that he had his mechanic go through it and change all the fluids and make sure the car was ready. Upon taking his word, which was a complete mistake! I paid him the asking price of $5000. Upon driving it home, back to Maine, The speedometer stopped working and the gas gauge as well. Upon further inspection once I get the car back to maine, I saw that underneath the vehicle, somebody had attached the end of a set of jumper cables to the exhaust. The exhaust in the rear was being held up by the insane attempt at securing the exhaust. I had an appointment the next day with a local Audi mechanic. Who mind you, has been there for 20+ years. The long and short of it is, the car needed $3600 worth of work. After receiving the paperwork and the estimate etc., I got a hold of David at the dealership. He said the mechanics up here are ridiculous, and that his mechanic could probably fix it for under $1000. I told him I did not want the car that I would be returning it, and that I would like a full refund. I even gave him $1000 because I felt bad about the bum deal. Did he take it? Damn right he did! I had to have the car towed back to Lowell from Maine, which out-of-pocket cost me $239. Plus the cost of registering the car which was just over $500. He wrote me a check for $4000, keeping the thousand dollars that I agreed to give him. Seven days later, my bank contacted me to tell me that the check had bounced. Was I surprised? No, not really. After reading all of the negative reviews on David and his so-called dealership? I cannot believe the state of Massachusetts, allows him to operate! Selling me a car that was not fit for the road, should be against the law! He is, like everybody else has said, a thief! When I contacted him to let him know that the check bounced, he blamed it on his account. I had to drive all the way back down to Lowell, and pick up a cashiers check that at least was guaranteed not to bounce! When I picked up the check, he then back stepped, and said that it wasn't the accountants fault, it was his fault. What kind of goddamn circus is this? After sending him the receipts to get my investment back, which is stated in Massachusetts lemon laws. He has yet to repay me close to $1000 that was accrued by having this car for 48 hours. Stay away from this guy. He by far, one of the most dishonest people I've ever met in my entire life! He even had the nerve to give me a card that gave me a number to call the Better Business Bureau to give him a good report, the day I took the car home. What a joke! The world needs to know about people like this. And I will do everything in my power, to tell the truth, not smear his name, but just tell my story which is I guess the best I can do at warning the world about this horrible dealership and shyster owner.

I am no longer speaking with Cassandra Peterson since her threat to me that she would not give me back my money until I removed my review of from here and promised that I would not seek help from the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General. Instead, General Manager Peter Thistlewood has now stepped in and wants to "Help" I speak with him and eventually tells me that he can't refund me all my money because one of the services that I bought was sprayed onto my car and can't undo that service. I agree with him on that package and come up with an agreed settlement for a refund. However, he tells me that it's going to be in the form of 2 checks. That would total the agreed price. The conversation was back on July 29th. Yesterday I finally got the 2nd check and guess what?!?!?! NOT EVEN CLOSE to the agreed refund!!!! Well....Guess it's time to speak with the Attorney General and take those next steps. I'll keep you all posted.

Your dealership also messed up the time of my appointment. It was made for noon and I received an email, text, and phone call confirming at 5:00pm appointment. Fact: Not one person apologized to me. The salesman should have been honest with me the moment I arrived-the car that I was supposed to test drive was no longer available. Instead, he was more concerned with trying to sell me a $33K vehicle I had never driven. You seem to have issue with the fact that I went to MA to purchase a vehicle. I work in MA. You also accused Rockingham Toyota of being unable to sell me the vehicle at a discounted price. For your information, I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid XLE premium less than a week after leaving your dealership. You could learn a lot from this dealership on how to treat customers.
