They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.

I called Shane last week and he text me asking for pictures. I sent him all the pictures. He text back to me that he would check on it. I asked when he would be able to come and he never responded. I sent the pictures to him of the snapped cheap hardware he utilized in our install. He finally text me back this evening on 1/30/2022 that he utilizes the top of the line hardware. He said we must have hard winds. He let me know in a text that he would get to us when he's in our area. The pictures speak for themselves and his lack of customer service is disappointing.
