They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. Now when I'm asking to her do some alterations on three shirts, she said she "wasn't professional enough" to accept them. She gives explanations like "too hard" or "too much work" and I'm left feeling like she just doesn't want my business. It's unfortunate since she is my neighborhood cleaners and tailor.

He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

She did find it after all, and I just think most cleaning places just take hangers so if you have one that you care about just don't bring it to the cleaners I guess. The way they probably see it is that they give you hangers of theirs to make up for it. I don't know. Anyways, I would recommend Fabricare to anyone. It is very affordable and they do a great job cleaning. It's very convenient when an event takes place and your trying to do a million things at once.
