I picked them up, my son still didn't like them so we went back for another fitting. She said she's never done skinny type pants on a suit before and said some costumers get upset. Jefferson then helped me with the dryer, suggesting temperatures, and even helped me to fold the long runner and he carried it to my car. Honestly, it's hard to get excited about a laundromat, however, it is easy to get excited about good customer service and this laundry had it to spare. If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
