Poor service!! Could not removed the stain, but still charged for service. Super rude. Do not going back there.

Very bad service will not come back again stay away find another place. All dry cleaning smell so bad when returned and owner doesn't do nothing about it. Rather spend money else where and there too many kids that doesn't care they work there. read more

I won't be visiting this place anymore. A few days ago I visited this place for the second time. On my first visit, they fixed a hole in my Max Mara short-sleeved sweater, but they closed the hole above the shoulder just like in the picture. I filed a claim again and they gave me $100. The clothes were worth $500. I wanted to tell her to get the same clothes, but I held back. I shouldn't have gone back after that, but this time it wasn't for repairs, so I made a second visit. I brought a variety of clothes, including two long dresses. One of the dresses is a white one with a collar and the other is just a long dress like a cotton t-shirt.(Attach pictures) I was shocked when I saw the price they charged. I asked again the next day when I went to pick up my clothes. They exclaimed that the price was $15 per pair because they were long without any details. And the laundry became unclean. They are incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant to their guests. I will never go here again. read more

Do not bring your clothes here!!!! I brought 5 brand new shirts in to be laundered one came back with grease stains all over it (front, back and both arms). These ignorant fools tried to tell me the shirt was like that when I bought it. I know for a fact there was no grease stains on this shirt when purchased at Dillards. They wouldnt even refund the cost of the cleaning of 1 shirt. I will never be back and I suggest you do not use this place ever. read more

Not your normal dry cleaners. This place is fast, friendly, and courteous. My last dry cleaners were slow, mean and uncaring. This place is a welcome relief. They are always well staffed, friendly, and super fast. Highly recommend. read more

Been coming to this location for over 10 years. Got great service. But since the new owner took over they have lost 3 shirts on 3 different occasions. They always walk out with a display of shirts "Is this one yours? What about this one?" Ugh. Today the lady said the problem is that the little stapled tickets come off in the wash. I just don't understand it's the 21st century how they can have all these issues, especially when the last owner had none. I'm just going to have to find another cleaners. Can't afford to keep losing clothes. Bummer. read more

I have not had any of the issues the other guy had. We have been using them for about 10 years and the worst we ever had were broken buttons every now and then (old shirts) and once the starch was visible on the shirt. Besides those two issues, I love them. The owner is New York gruff but really nice under that. He hires high school kids and really help them with their first job. So there will always be issues with large machines and tons of laundry but they have been awesome for my family read more

2 issues: 1.They ruined a shirt with ink stains. The little owner offered to reimburse me after I purchased a new shirt. I went in with the receipt for the new shirt and the tall owner made the claim that the receipt wasn't for the same type of shirt they ruined even though the brand was listed on the receipt and it matched the tag on the shirt they ruined. Second issue: don't believe the pricing displayed for dress shirts. My shirts are 17 1/2 x32 and they claimed they were too big and charged me more. I wouldn't have Mind if they told me up front but instead they just charged more on my ticket. When I asked the little owner about it he got defensive and accused me of calling him a thief. He told me it was my responsibility to see the charges. read more

Not good. Coat came back dusty and looking dirtier than before. Others have complained too. Not good.

The owner and staff are super friendly. Always a great welcome. They even sometimes offer waters on occasion. And they produce a great product. No reason to need another cleaners. read more

They spoilt my shirt which I wore only 3 times (by rendering it with a brown patch) during their cleaning process. I only wanted dry cleaning to be done so that I can store for next summer. But when I got the shirt back I saw a brown patch on my light pink and white stripes shirt which was never there before. The owner agreed to clean the patch up so I left it and when I picked it up again I see the patch is still there. Now the owner has back tracked on this request and not agreeing to remove the patch which was added during the Dry Clean Super Center cleaning process. I was humbly requested them to please remove that mark or pay me the value of my shirt which is $45.But both the owner are being rude, intimidating and threaten. They asked me to sue them if I can. I have reported to BBB and would appreciate if someone would let me know how we can file a lawsuit against them? I have found other instances where customers have complained with similar issues but I never believed those reviews until this issue happened with me. I used to work here in the back so I got to see everything that was wrong with this place.The manager and owner teach new workers how to be sneaky about overcharging people.They steal the money from your pockets and sometimes it's a lot but the people dropping off their clothes don't notice because they didn't even know they had money in their laundry or they don't bother to check because they trust this place to return all of the belongings found in their pockets,which they do just minus the cash. This place does not deserve your business. read more

Finding a good cleaners is always a struggle. I must say that the service we have been getting from this cleaners is excellent. Coming from the apparel manufacturing business, I am very picky about how my clothes are handled and I understand the difficulties of managing the care of all the differnt types of fabrics. They have done a great job and the new owner is seems to really care about his customers. One less thing in life I have to worry about, thank you ! read more

As a man, I rely on quality cleaning and pressing of my dress shirts to maintain the level of professionalism required in business. I had high hopes from the exterior, but was left disappointed when the shirts were returned to me with the trademark of poor quality cleaning - the wrinkles and indention 3/4s down the front of the shirt where their press apparatus isn't long enough to press the length of the shirt in one pull, and they don't take the time to press that wrinkle out or use larger equipment. This is a sign of laziness and/or lack of skill. I recommend to their management that they implement quality control procedures to find and maintain the ever important balance between speed and accuracy. read more
