Been using this dry cleaning location since moving to DFW over 7 years ago due to service, location and pricing. The previous owner/partner and his family were delightful, friendly and provided great service. They now have changed ownership/partner running the business. Since then, I have had nothing but issues. In addition, the new owner/partner and his wife have NO service skills, zero empathy and are out right rude! Poor services, went to dry clean and saw that they provided tailor services. So I had two of my suits dropped off but they messed up the buttons on all sleeves as it was uneven and overlapping other buttons. And he said they have 30 years of experience (hmmm), I requested it to be fixed and he started giving attitude. I came back to pick up the following week and as I try-on the suites, he said I'm wasting his time and that I'm trying to get it for free. Keep in mind, I have been to this only location over 20 years and never had such issues and disrespect. Y'all avoid this location as this new co-owner/partner (so he said) doesn't know how to run a business. read more

I'm SO glad I gave this place a try after having a not so great experience elsewhere. Dry clean city came to my rescue when another place said they couldn't get a stain out after multiple attempts. Not only was Dry Clean City able to remove the stain but they had it ready for me the very next day. I will definitely use them again for any dry cleaning needs. read more

They advertise one price but when you drop off your items WATCH OUT they will try to charge you a different price. Prices hung in their establishment and prices on their site are LIES. I get there and drop off items and see there price menu but when I get my receipt they charged me a different price. Then they say that the price menu on their wall is OLD. I said the. Really bad dry cleaner place - twice they stapled my pencil skirt to a clothes hanger; YOU NEVER DO THAT. I've worked at high end retail stores and the protocol is that you fold them in half and hang them on pant hangers. Now I have holes in this skirt. Second, my pants came back with some weird grease/oil stain on them. Now I have to buy new pants. This place really sucks. read more

This is the last time I will ever give this dry cleaner a second chance. Past experiences included designer (cotton) button downs sent home with rips up the side - no explanation, pants with grease marks, wrinkles galore, you name it. This last experience consisted of two out of three blouses - one of which I marked with stain tags myself - coming back in no better shape than when I dropped them off. The counter staff insisted "some stains don't come out", which I agree with if those stains include petrochemicals or bizarre chemical compositions. This was a beer splash. Easy peasy. I'll bring the top back after it's properly cleaned and pressed as an example for a job done right. At least they didn't charge me for it... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. read more

I took a dress here to get altered, I just needed the halter straps shorter and the seamstress told me to "buy a new dress that fits" because "she can't fix it svc make it look good". I took the dress to S&L cleaners on March and trinity mills and she did exactly what was needed for $10! I found my new seamstress! read more
