This is the worst dry cleaner in the falls. i have had shirts stolen by the owner who said i must…read morehave them but i just dont remember. i have the claim ticket and have been told by employees im not the first to have clothes taken by the owner and she has no fear beacause who would sue for a couple of shirts. The cleaner claims i had the shirts in for 31 days and her policy is clothes are forfeited after that. I tried to pick up the shirts after 17 days but they could not find them after returning from vacation 9 days later they still could not find them . after no phone calls and another trip to see if they found them the owner said too bad its now 31 days you dont have any shirts anymore. Worst customer service and even employees are disgruntled with owner for screwing over customers.

She then showed me on the coupon that I didn't read. Shame on me. Okay take it anyway. It isn't expired. No way. So they spend this money to attract new customers so they can piss them off. Now I am an X-customer. A couple days later I spoke to the manager who assured me that many people are told no when they present the coupon at pick up time. He's been in the biz for decades and he will not bend on this. So the value of a new customer is less than $3. He also let me know their business grows each year implying he really doesn't need my business. Well you got your wish. I will not return. Why don't you just not put out coupons if you really don't want to honor them? Let me add that there was no problem with the dry cleaning job they did but I can get that at one of the other dry cleaners I pass going to this one so why go?
