Everything was comforting and satisfying, and came out nice and hot. The banchan was a little on the weaker side compared to other Korean restaurants, but overall it didn't take away from the experience. The restaurant was clean, the servers were very nice, and service was smooth despite how busy it was. Overall, a pleasant lunch spot, and I'd be happy to come back again if we're in the neighborhood.

No sauce or condiments were provided at all, which left the rice and vegetables extremely dry. The vegetable preparation was also off. Instead of the typical thin, julienned vegetables that give bibimbap its signature texture, the cabbage was chopped into small pieces like diced onion. Even the pickled radish was chopped rather than julienned. Bibimbap is known for its neatly arranged, string-like vegetables -- this felt thrown together rather than thoughtfully prepared. I understand restaurants can put their own spin on dishes, but when key elements are missing and the fundamentals aren't there, it shouldn't be labeled as bibimbap. After giving multiple opportunities, I'm unfortunately done trying.

Nothing . I called 2 days later to see if they found them... they hadn't. THEN about 15 minutes later, they called me and they found them!! IN THE BOOTH! New theory, the kid somehow took her AirPods out of the case and had them on the seat and got distracted (as teens with delicious food in front of them tend to do) and the AirPods fell into some hole on the booth before her case even fell on the ground. ‍‍‍ Either way... major thanks for taking the time to dismantle to booth and find them! They didn't have to but they did! Saved me $89*2 for replacements and saved my kid from having to continue to face my disappointed mom face.

Later on in the meal they reset the root beer soda so I really appreciate the service for that. The vent hood was really low and blocked cooking at times but we understand why it's there. My wife and I decided to give it another try and we're glad we did. Service was great. Kristy? Was very good. A lady who I presume was the owner also checked on us. Ordering is now done through a tablet and it was fast at first, but after a whole, it did start taking longer. I love the sauce bar and I like that you don't have to pay extra for lettuce wraps. For the most part, waiter interaction is not required except for non AYCE items (e.g. sodas, alcohol, etc.). Orders do arrive fairly quick. Placing large orders does keep the turnaround smooth. It's 10 items per request, but it's not much of a limitation given you can place them back to back. Sauces, fruits, ice cream, etc. are available at the self serve bar. Plenty of options in comparison to other establishments alike. Ideal for those following a high protein diet. GoGi came in clutch!

We usually don't do the hot pot side (we will try it some day) but the variety of meats were exactly what we normally order. We usually only do beef, but they have seafood, chicken and pork too. A must order recommendation. The 3 BBQ meat selection of BBQ chicken, beef (Bulgo gi), and pork was also excellent. The meats were cut for you after being prepared. The chicken, pork & beef were cooked perfectly. All meats were marinated perfectly, and not overly dry or burnt pieces. Another excellent selection to choose from.
