We stopped in to have a quick lunch at the Mickey Ds near C St. it wasn't very crowded and we ordered from the kiosk which I'm not a huge fan of. When we sat down we noticed on nice young lady worker who was helping people complete their orders. Very friendly and professional. She was the one who ended up serving our lunch and was very pleasant. At the end of our meal she came by to see if everything was all right to offer to refill our drinks... what?? I know she's the exception (her name is Marisol) but I felt compelled to recognize her efforts and give her a shout out. Nice Job Marisol! read more

Everytime I come here they don't make my iced coffee right and forget the syrup and I have to go inside or go back through the drive thru just for them to remake it and still not be right. Everytime it's different. So frustrating and bad service honestly. read more

I rarely eat fast food and maybe this was a sign to keep up with that. I ended up backing out of the drive-thru and leaving. I decided to stop and grab food after a long day and pulled into lane 2 where there was 1 truck in front of me. Lane 1 had 2 cars and the first was being helped. Then the truck in front of me was helped. Then back to lane 1 for that 2nd car. When it was my turn, the girl said, one moment, I'll be right with you. I said no problem. Another car pulls into lane 1 and is helped right away. They pull up and I'm still sitting there with no one coming back on the speaker to take my order. I say "hello" and still no reply. I know there was no speaker issue as the person in front of me ordered normal or else i would have pulled into the other lane. Decided to do a quick coffee run when we were in the area and a Starbucks was out of our way. The area is close to the 99 and isnt exactly "family friendly" so the wife and I lowered our Mickey D's expectation. Well color us pleasantly surprised. This is an updated and dare I say cleaner McDonald's with the touch screen Coke soda fountains and ordering kiosks. Staff were really helpful. The bathrooms (customers only) were discretely kept closed and can be opened via a remote button with the cashier and another button inside the bathroom to open it back. read more

On my way to a wedding reception with my bf and there was a little wait for dinner. Or so we thought. Actually about 2 1/2 hours before we got served. And i hadn't had breakfast the whole day so we stopped by McDonalds for lunch around 3:30pm. We picked a chicken burger & i got 2 double cheeseburgers & fries. We ordered from the mobile app and waited in the parking lot. The mobile app was down I believe; there was some confusion because it sent the order through but just wouldn't let us review the order. We made all the custom changes etc. My bfs order was correct and when i got my order one cheeseburger was wrong snd the other had the tag 1/2 wrong but when I got it it also had onions and pickle which I ordered without. Usually I could see if it was a mistake because the tags wouldnt match the order but when the tag says one thing and then the order doesn't follow ex: ( no pickles, and the burger comes with the pickles and onions) it just makes me feel like the order was rushed. But either way I appreciate the meal because I was so hungry and it was a long day. And that was actually one of the full meals I had had that day. read more

This McDonalds looks to be modern and updated with the new self ordering kiosks and soda machines. However, these modern soda machines do not put out good soda. Despite having the ability to select any flavor combinations via your phone app the owner obviously is too cheep to keep the syrup tanks up to par, flavors are way off! Customer service not very good either. We waited for about 10 minutes just for fries. We had to wait while the entire staff was rushing around trying to fill an online UBER order that they forgot to put in, which the UBER driver had to wait around as well. Finally we got our food, so we thought, as we were walking out, the worker came running out for us, she had given us the wrong order and I don't know about you but if my order had been given to someone else and they were already outside with it, I would want it remade and not brought back in, gross!! read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever! Only rating it a 1 star because it's required! We went through the drive thru & they asked us to park, no one was behind us & the employee said yes someone is placing an order. We said no we will stay here because a few times they had us park they forgot us. When we refused to park the employee said ok, closed the window & then returned with a refund for the fish meal we ordered! At this time we were at the window for at least 8-10 minutes already & could've gotten our order. The person the employee mentioned that was placing their order didn't even get to the first window yet so we were still confused as to why they wanted us to park. This location is terrible! They constantly forget items we order & the employees are very unprofessional! We stopped going for a few months but decided to try them again but it seems things haven't improved! As far as fast food places go, this places just OK. Travelling through the area stopped to get a sausage muffin with egg and some oatmeal for my wife. The oat meal is watered down so much it's not even edible. Come on people how do you screw up meal? This is probably one of the cleanest McDonald's I've seen. Friendly staff who brought your items to you. I am rating 3 stars for the nutrition guide. To The Management- You should always have an up to date nutrition and allergies guide. Although this is not the ideal place to eat if you are trying to keep healthy, it is sometimes only what's available and people who track macros or have health risks should have this available. When asked I was given a guide dated from 2015 and over half the items were no longer available or never updated. read more

McDonalds are all pretty much the same across the board and not something I really eat but on our way to Sacramento one weekend Hubby needed Breakfast and he loves those McGriddle and McMuffin's so we made a pit stop here. I can't say I had the same issue with the place being dirty as other reviewers have mentioned, it was actually pretty clean as McDonalds restaurants go, maybe they recently had a refit? At 10am it was surprisingly not at all busy and the staff were very quick to serve us. My Husband ordered himself a McGriddle meal for himself and for me - Orange Juice. I don't like to eat junk food and actually had my own Greek Yogurt with Fruit Breakfast with me and the staff didn't mind that I ate it there which I really did appreciate. My Husband enjoyed his Breakfast which was piping hot. Not too shabby for a quick stop on our short road trip. read more

Served expired milk to a 6 year old! But we'll get to that later. How the owners are able to keep their franchise is one of lifes great mysteries. Look at all the one star reviews and a pattern of truth emerges. The restaurant was dirty from the restrooms to the dining room. There were no less than two homeless people in the dining area. I'm not hating on the homeless I am hating on the fact that one of them was so high he was completely out of it and did not exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling being there with my 6 year old grandchild. The service was amazingly slow. If being slow was an Olympic sport they would have more gold medals than Michael Phelps. The staff seemed unhappy? I get it, you are working fast food but take some pride in doing your job well. My sister, a very successful banker got her career opportunity while working fast food and impressed one of the customers so much he offered her a job. Now for the end of an unpleasant experience. The food arrives, my grandchild takes a sip of milk and states it tastes funny. Quick check of the cap shows it was expired for more than a week. Go to the counter where the manager was. She starts to get another milk and guess what? Yup, expired. Most of the milk wss expired, but she was persistant in her search and finally found a milk within freshness standards. I couldn't help but wonder if that much milk was expired how much of the food they are serving is expired. Will not be back. read more

I've been seeing Maria with the beautiful smile, every morning for the past few years. Maria (at the front drive thru window), of course has our order memorized and she knows exactly how we like it. She knows all the pickiness of my son and nephew. She's ON IT! Always pleasant and sweet, and she's good at reading body language and moods She knows when I'm tired and taking it slow. We ordered from here on Doordash and they accepted it without notifying us that their ice cream machine was down. They refused to refund our order and kept reassigning the order to other dashers when they knew that they could not complete our order. We called them 10 times and they kept forwarding us to voicemail. We ultimately got refunded after filing a complaint with doordash. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

On the scale of very bad McDonald's to very good McDonald's, this one ranks pretty high up there. Having ordered a 2-for-4 Sausage Egg McMuffin and a BOGO Netherlands McFlurry, I received my order almost immediately. Sure, that would be suspect for most places, but hey, this is McDonald's, and you kinda come in with some sort of expectation on how the food prepared; so the fact that it come out quickly is a huge plus. The Sausage Egg McMuffin came out crispy and not soggy, which kept me from getting crippling depression; and the McFlurry was good, but was a huge portion and could in no way finish the whole thing without feeling guilty and bloated. The facility is newly remodeled, and the restrooms were clean. From nice staff to pleasant customers, this McDonald's was not unpleasant to eat at. If you're a quick pit stop on your journey across California, you can feel comfortable stopping at this McDonald's. read more

Living in a small town, we have very limited options. But you would think with a large chain, such as McDonald's that it would be the best choice of them all. This is not the case. I have found that for the most part the workers there are kind and pleasant. But that is about where accolades end. The food quality at this restaurant is horrible. The temperature of the food is always off. Due to Disabilty issues I do DoorDash a lot of orders and have ordered from McDonald's several times and have never received a correct order or an order without issues. Fries are always cold and taste old and stale, the hamburgers have stale buns and the chicken nuggets taste like they were made the day before and reheated from my order. I believe I throw away more food than I have ever paid for. I hope that there are some changes made since this is one of the only options we have here in our small town. I don't know if corporate has to get involved at this time to finally make a change happen. Especially in this economy when people work hard for the money they get, and for me, this is one of the meals I eat in a day so it is a big part of my food budget wasted nearly daily. read more

Candy is AMAZING here. I was having trouble doing a mobile app order, I called and she told me to come down she would take my order from the car and get everything taken care of. Some background, I had a very large order, like $100 order for my nephews bday and that's all he wanted. I drove in, Candy was waiting for me. She came out helped me through the order, gave me discounts and free pies, made my order super fast and brought it out to my car. Worst service I've experienced at a McDonalds. No one at the front counter when I came in and people there waiting to place an order. The order kiosks were closed. A young man (employee) walked in and out a few times I suppose taking an order to a car. He said nothing to those of us waiting. When he came back in I asked him if anyone was working the counter. He said yes and took the order of the couple waiting. They ordered 3 coffees and waited 5-10 minutes for their order. I would have left but had walked over from the ball field and to get to other food places I'd have had to cross a busy street. Don't come here if you are expecting decent service. read more
