I was here last year & again this week and had several consistently great beers. This flight was most of the House Specials (see pic) and ALL were very very good. The Habañero had just the right hotness. Bartender Trent was the perfect host -- recommending what became my fav of the night (the Blushing Otter). Although it became quite busy with a weekly event, he remembered the Cherry Vanilla milk stout I wanted later to go with my dark chocolate bar -- a great combo. The available snacks and the delicious Food Truck BBQ together with friendly locals make this an ideal stop.

Fun brewery with great selection of beers, sours & gluten free beverages. Plenty of areas for seating. Came too late to try the food truck but friendly bartenders and staff.

This brewery was en-route to our destination. The set up of the brewery was cute. The habanero IPA was my favorite. The only thing is because of the humidity the beers get hot very fast. But other than that the beers were go

I recommend visiting here for sure! Beers: everything I had was delicious. Beertenders: friendly, but didn't seem as knowledgeable about the beers as I see at most breweries. Still 5/5 pleasant for sure. Ambiance: I loved the feel of the place. It was nice and open. They had a food truck outside which had delicious food. I am not sure if it is rotating or always the same one. (Will update once I determine) Parking: plenty of parking right beside the building It isn't a brewery I would say is a "must visit" but if you happen to be in the area, give it a try certainly!

I was in town from Florida and staying at a friend's cabin nearby. I believe we tried 7 different breweries while in NC and this was one of my favorites. Great beer and great band the night we were there. Food truck was the lobster truck from Shark Tank... and while it was quite pricey, the food was awesome. I love the crafts breweries that are in old fire stations or gas stations, cool vibe, and great garage doors. Keep up the great work... I hope to be back soon!

Really enjoyed visiting for our first time. Many sour offerings which was nice to see on the menu. There was a food truck on site. Wish we also have been able to visit before winter as the dark beer specifically Porter's were starting to be offered. Will make it by here again the next time in town

In the 1.5 years since, it's still the place I most often come back to in Hendersonville, despite sampling the food and beer at basically every place in town! I love the ambiance of the old converted gas station, the fact that you can sit inside or outside (and on chilly days, they don't skimp on the heaters) and the carousel of great food trucks that are always there. I love that you're not limited to one brewery's offerings, and instead have options from local NC establishments to interesting brews from all over the country. The bartenders know their regulars and are absolutely awesome, and I LOVE that I can take my pup, take my family, take my laptop---whatever the circumstances, Blue Ridge Beer Garden is the place to be. ALSO, it should be noted that in sleepy Hendo (where some restaurants close as early as 8 pm--why??), Blue Ridge Beer Garden is blessedly open till 10.

They are close to downtown Hendersonville without being right on the main road, which makes parking and access easier.

We set inside, large fans and big open doors made for a beautiful breeze that blew through. Keeping you cool and comfortable Music 5-8pm from a guitar player. Large selection of beers on tap all cold and delicious, on the beer side service was friendly and quick. We ordered food from their kitchen, my husband had a mixed leafy green salad-(lots of arugula) he added a piece of Salmon on top. Salad was first served with zero dressing (yuk) my husband took it back had salad dressing added he said it was good. I had the wings (teriyaki), they were hot, crispy and delicious. I will definitely.order them again. On the bar side - Trailside bartender was "unfriendly" several in our party ordered sodas and mixed drinks, the woman bartender was indifferent with an attitude, like it was a bother to take a drink order. I returned for a refill of soda and was told nastily "$3 we don't do refills" WOW! Really??? No need to be nasty I didn't know and last time I was there the bartender happily refilled my soda-(which was mostly ice) Obviously this lady dislikes her job! No matter how fun or nice a place is or how good the food, if service is lacking or server gives a negative attitude people won't return. I would give 5 stars to Trailside Brewing if service would have been friendly and smiled.

Out of all the breweries we hit on this trip, this one takes the crown!…read more From the minute we walked in and saw them making Jell-O shots, I knew this wasn't just a brewery, it was a party brewery. The kind of place where you stop in for "just one" and suddenly realize the sun has set and you've somehow made three new friends... aka my favorite kind of brewery! I wish we could've stayed for the live music because the stage setup looked awesome, complete with disco balls and plenty of Instagram-worthy areas for pictures and boomerangs (yes, I'm a millennial and I'm sticking with it)! The beers were excellent, and it became clear pretty quickly that this brewery is woven into the fabric of the town. Their brews popped up at several restaurants we visited, and after stopping in, I totally understand why they're so well-loved in the area. The space is huge, with high ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. There's even an outdoor area built out along the sidewalk--probably a COVID addition that was too good to take away. The vibe was laid-back and welcoming. Service at the bar could've been a bit more attentive, but everyone was friendly and chill, so it never bothered us. And my favorite moment? Watching a grandpa-aged regular stroll in with his own paper plate "poor man's charcuterie board." I absolutely loved it. That's the kind of place this is, a spot where regulars feel at home and newcomers instantly want to become regulars! No food that I could tell, but honestly, with great beer, good vibes, live music, disco balls, and Jell-O shots, who needs much else?! If you're brewery hopping around town, make sure this one is on your list. It was our favorite stop, and I'd happily spend an entire afternoon getting lost here. Also, not sure if the Jell-O shots are a staple or not so don't be sad if they aren't there, I didn't asked, just vibed lol
