Best coffee shop in New Paltz! Matcha was perfect. Ambiance was laidback and comfortable. Service friendly and quick. It's right on the bike trail and has parking, great location.

What a delight! Founds this place on Yelp when I was in the New Paltz area and decided to stop by for some coffee, breakfast, and to get a little work done. I arrived to find them right off a bike trail in a small shopping center. If you live or are visiting the area and are biking at all, you could definitely bike right on up from the trail. The space inside is bright and airy. It was a great space for working in and they kindly provide free wifi. I ordered a mocha made with oat milk. For milk alternatives, they have oat and sesame. I was leery having never had sesame milk to get that so opted for oat milk but kinda wished I would have tried it. That said, the mocha was splendid--rich, strong espresso and flavorful chocolate--it was pitch perfect. For my breakfast I opted for their avocado toast which was an absolute dream. Hands down one of the better avocado toasts I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The service was warm and welcoming. Zero complaints about this spot! Get to it!

Beautiful place, good place to open your laptop and do some work. They roast their own coffee and they serve some foos and pastries.

Great coffee and great scones! Have loved the lattes and mochas both, super smooth and delicious. The vibe inside is industrial with nice big windows so a good place to do a little work or chat with friends.

This review is for the coffee only! I tried their brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. Although I was disappointed with the brand of oat milk they used here, the coffee was delicious. Their brown sugar syrup really brought out the flavors of the coffee bean and it was not too sweet. This location is close to the Main Street, but a plus is that there is plenty of parking! It also looks like there is a trail close by. Not a lot of pastries to choose from so I ended up not trying any baked goods. Besides coffee and pastries, they also have freshly baked loafs of bread and sandwiches for order.

Okay so I have to say this is one of my favorite places in New Paltz!! I am so happy that this has come into existence and I only see popularity for this place increasing exponentially. First, the reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because they have things on there online menu they don't actually have. For example, I really wanted to try there sesame latte made with sesame milk and there Rose pistachio latte made with pistachio milk. Both sound incredible!! The sesame latte was even supposed to be topped with a halva floss. Yup, these two drinks sound incredible so you can imagine my disappointment when I got there and they don't make them anymore. Not like the sold out for the day, they just don't make them! So yeah whoever is over IT really needs to fix that on the website. Besides my major disappointment over those two items the reason I rated them so high is because the service was amazing. The staff was super nice, friendly, and attentive. The decor and overall aesthetic of this place was so nice. It's decorated with plants and wood materials. It's new and it's clean! Clean says a lot when speaking of businesses in New Paltz. The vegan poptart I order was amazing! My matcha was perfectly balanced not too sweet but not too bitter with a pop of strawberry flavoring! It's tasted like strawberry nesquick. My friends food and drink was amazing too but I can't remember what she had, I was to busy obsessing over my things. Yeah this will be a regular place for me to visit!

Super groovy SAVVY! My friends please enjoy sweet little comforts and coziness at the Dry Fly-when I waltzed in I was greeted by the gregarious baristas* and then waiting in line the soft serenade of copious conversation was distracting me from the line I was standing in- my spirits were lifted by the house brew and my wife was elated with a latte!

Unbelievably shockingly good cafe off the trail. Pistachio rose latte: 10/10, delicate taste, not too sweet, pistachio floss was scrumptious. Beans and greens: 10:10, best vegetarian soup I've ever had, not even close. Runny egg and home-made sour dough.

Bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Hot chai latte Iced vanilla coffee with oat milk

Very nice cafe and kind workers. Our breakfast was delicious and seems to be a go to spot for many people who need to work from their computer! Our total for everything in the pic came close to $30.

One side of the shop - there's outdoor benches as well

And the pastries... WOW!! They are hands down the best vegan pastries we've ever had! Every single one is fresh, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious. We also tried several of the sandwiches, and everything has been outstanding. It's obvious that everything is made and filled with love, care, and exceptional attention to quality. Whether you're vegan or not, this bakery is a true gem. Amazing food, truly wonderful people, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We can't wait to come back and try even more. Now that we're living in The Catskills, my quest to find that similar market prototype I grew to love in Westchester, continues. I had forgotten hubs and I came here before during one of our bi-annual trips to The Catskills. Recently though, when I searched for produce markets near work in Highland, Wallkill View in New Paltz popped up within a short driving distance. As you drive past all of New Paltz bustling shops and restaurants on Main St, you'll soon approach a sleepy farmland area overlooking Mohonk Preserve in about 5 or so minutes. I've been hard-pressed to find a market that tops my favorite one in Westchester and checks all the boxes. Wallkill View grows and sells a nice mix of produce the area has to offer. And when veggies and fruit aren't grown on-site or in season, they're sourced from elsewhere. Unlike other farm markets that operate only Sat+Sun, Wallkill V. is open everyday. Well...almost. These folks shut down for Christmas and throughout the winter- reopening in March. Prices are about $1 more than what I paid down in White Plains- but hey... I get it. Service is great though.
